Roles & Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with the BD team to find clients and foster long-term relationships.
- Conducting intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
- Managing medium to large clients and brands across multinational tech and design companies
- Curating, interviewing, and preparing a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for our clients
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires and update clients on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates)
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and employer
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
- Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations (e.g. interview feedback from clients)
- Posting a variety of job listings across digital channels, evaluating all applications, and shortlisting qualified candidates based on client debriefs.
- Maintaining real-time updates on the common team and individual task lists
- Ensure high brand (IFN) and client (brand x) representation when speaking with shortlisted candidates.

Job Description:
* Understand client requirements related to their IT needs and deliver qualified consultants.
* Source and screen potential candidates for openings.
* Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.
* Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
