👩🏻‍💻 Your responsibilities would include-

• Building and maintaining operational tools for monitoring and analysis of AWS infrastructure and systems
• Actively monitoring the health and performance of all systems and performing benchmarking and tuning of system applications and operating systems
• Setting up container orchestration using Kubernetes or other orchestration system for a monolithic application
• Continually working with development engineers to design the best system architectures and solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues in our development, test, and production environments
• Maintaining reliability of the system and being on-call for mission-critical systems
• Performing infrastructure cost analysis and optimization
• Ensure systems’ compliance with operational risk standards (e.g. network, firewall, OS, logging, monitoring, availability, resiliency)

Title: Technical Product Manager

We are looking for Technical Product Manager with expertise in multiple technologies such as C#, SQL, ASP.Net, MVC, .NET Core, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, etc. and should be well versed with the concepts of Software Engineering. Knowledge of REACT shall be an added advantage. Experience working on trade, fintech or accounting software products would be beneficial.

The position requires day-to-day interaction with product management, including defining market requirements, product requirement documents and packaging the features into product releases. The TPM works closely with key customers, product architects and development, marketing, sales, and support to develop and manage new product releases and upgrades to customers.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary product expert and evangelist
• Lead product design, development and release process for assigned products and maintain the product development road map
• Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality from management, customers and prospects
• Create detailed use cases, business requirement
• Project reporting external and internal
• Support through leading the development and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral including application notes, FAQs, product notes, user guides, field training presentations, online marketing content and demos
• Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses
• Coordinate the beta testing of new products and features. Document and report problems and recommend solutions/improvements
• Adapting a project execution structure and process from a base
• Overseeing and ensuring validation on the technical architecture/specifications Actively participating in project sizing and resource requirements
• Establishing good project metrics, exit criteria by deliverable and project phase Establishing a Scope management process
• Managing the day-to-day team and personnel issues (onsite)
• Ensuring quality of the end deliverable
• Staging and executing User Acceptance of the end deliverable Establishing and executing the roll-out strategy

Additional responsibilities:

• Perform product demonstrations at trade shows, online seminars, and other events
• Document answers to customer technical questions that cannot be answered by sales staff or product support specialists using existing documentation.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of hands-on coding/development experience, 1-2 years of team leader experience
• Strong technical background is required (C#, SQL,ASP.Net, MVC, .NET Core, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, REACT, Technical Architecture, Project Management & Project Delivery)
• Strong problem-solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with executive management

Required Skills and Experience 

• 4+ years of relevant experience with DevOps tools Jenkins, Ansible, Chef etc
• 4+ years of experience in continuous integration/deployment and software tools development experience with Python and shell scripts etc
• Building and running Docker images and deployment on Amazon ECS
• Working with AWS services (EC2, S3, ELB, VPC, RDS, Cloudwatch, ECS, ECR, EKS)
• Knowledge and experience working with container technologies such as Docker and Amazon ECS, EKS, Kubernetes
• Experience with source code and configuration management tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and Maven
• Ability to work with and support Linux environments (Ubuntu, Amazon Linux, CentOS)
• Knowledge and experience in cloud orchestration tools such as AWS Cloudformation/Terraform etc
• Experience with implementing "infrastructure as code", “pipeline as code” and "security as code" to enable continuous integration and delivery
• Understanding of IAM, RBAC, NACLs, and KMS
• Good communication skills

Good to have:

• Strong understanding of security concepts, methodologies and apply them such as SSH, public key encryption, access credentials, certificates etc.
• Knowledge of database administration such as MongoDB.
• Knowledge of maintaining and using tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence.
• Work with Leads and Architects in designing and implementation of technical infrastructure, platform, and tools to support modern best practices and facilitate the efficiency of our development teams through automation, CI/CD pipelines, and ease of access and performance.
• Establish and promote DevOps thinking, guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, Agile software development process improvement, and DevOps best practices.
