Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Salesforce Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering client-focused solutions. You will work closely with clients, developers, and stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design Salesforce-based solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements through client interactions and stakeholder meetings.

  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and reports.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Active Salesforce Trailhead profile with demonstrated learning progress (please include Trailhead profile link in application).
