Key Responsibilities

• Create original vector illustrations for videos, branding, presentations, websites, and marketing collaterals.
• Develop characters, scenes, icons, and visual elements aligned with brand style guides.
• Work closely with motion designers, video editors, and creative teams to support explainer videos and visual storytelling.
• Convert concepts, scripts, and references into clean, expressive illustrations.
• Ensure illustrations are well-organized, scalable, and production-ready.
• Maintain visual consistency and quality across all illustration assets.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Strong understanding of composition, color theory, anatomy (for characters), and visual storytelling.
• Ability to adapt to multiple illustration styles based on brand and project needs.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the coaching, education, or related fields.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a charismatic & empathetic approach.
• Strong understanding of human behavior and the ability to connect on a personal level.
• Proven ability to convince and convert leads while maintaining integrity and trust.
• A background in coaching, education, or personal development is highly preferred.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and deadlines. Fluent in English

Experience : 4 - 8 Years

Primary Skills

• BE/BTech/MTech with 1 year of experience in .NET Framework like C#.Net and ASP.Net
• Atleast 1 year of experience on Web Application development with ADO.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Jquery
• Good experience in Writing Complex SQL Queries using any of the RDBMS Database like Oracle, SQL Server etc
• Experience in Creating and Testing Stored Procedures and Functions

Secondary Skills

• Ability to analyse the existing code in the application and identify the Program Logic
• Experience in implementing AJAX through Javascript/Jquery
• Experience in Creating Reports and Documents using Crystall Reports
• Experience in creating Front End Validations using JavaScript/Jquery
• Experience in doing Manual or Automated Test will be a plus

SAP HYBRIS

Skill Set:

• SAP Hybris platform with 3 -10  years of IT experience and  min of 4 years of experience in leading SAP Hybris based projects.
• Hands on experience in understanding complex eCommerce challenges / problems and provide innovative solutions & design to solve them.
• Mentors team members and should be able to pass on solutions / design to junior team members while fascinating them in delivering complex deliverables
• Excellent knowledge and experience in building scalable, flexible, robust and efficient ecommerce applications using SAP Hybris ecommerce  platform
• Architecture, design & develop full stack modules and components for eCommerce applications.
• Good working knowledge on integrations such as Data Hub, payment, SAP, web services, y2y sync etc
• Migration experience is desirable
• Deliver code on time and quality expectations
• Experience on code review and unit testing
• Certification in SAP Hybris is a plus
• Knowledge of any additional technologies such as Groovy,  SAP ECC ERP application integrations
• Familiar in estimation techniques and execution plan
• Experience in Agile / Scrum based software development methodology
