Position Summary :-
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer with approximately 2+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain complex workflows and integrations. You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, from technical requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring that our Salesforce instance remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Custom Development: Design and develop high-quality, scalable solutions using Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Declarative Automation: Build complex automation using Flow Builder, ensuring a "Clicks before Code" approach where appropriate.
• System Integration: Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with third-party systems and middleware.
• Technical Architecture: Contribute to architectural discussions, providing input on data modeling, security (Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules), and system performance.
• Testing & QA: Write comprehensive Apex Test Classes (maintaining >85% coverage) and perform unit testing to ensure code quality and stability.
• Maintenance & Support: Debug complex technical issues, manage deployments using CI/CD tools, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Required Technical Skills:-
• Core Development: Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Salesforce Clouds: Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Experience Cloud or Financial Services Cloud is a plus).
• Integrations: Proven track record of handling API integrations and managing authentication (OAuth).
• Tools: Experience with Salesforce CLI, VS Code, and Version Control (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket).
• DevOps: Familiarity with deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
Soft Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Approval Processes, Aura, and Flow

Experience in Process Automation, Security configuration, Data Model creation,
Reports and Dashboards creation, Communities and Force.com Sites, Single Sign On.
End-to-End functional awareness of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
Knowledge of Development/Coding standards and best Practices in VF/Apex and
governor limits.
Basic Knowledge of Lightning Framework and Lightning Design System are
preferred.
Should be experienced in translating functional requirements and business rules into
technology solutions.
