Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Highly proficient in ASP.NET Core (C#) and full-stack development.
• Experience developing REST APIs.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and UI frameworks).
• Strong database experience, particularly with T-SQL and relational database design.
• Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principles.
• Experience with security best practices in web and API development.
• Knowledge of Agile SCRUM methodology and experience in collaborative environments.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• Candidate must have a proven track record in commercial real estate development (e.g., malls, office buildings, industrial setups).
• Candidate must have minimum 20 years of experience in real estate project management.
• Need candidate having strong experience across the entire project lifecycle – including planning, government approvals, vendor management, and execution.
• Need candidate with 10+ years of experience working with top-tier real estate firms such as DLF, Vatika, Unitech, etc.
