Job Title: Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate – Apparel Retail
Experience: 1–3 years in Apparel / Fashion Retail (Freshers with good communication may also apply)
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates / Customer Service Associates to join our apparel retail brand. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the brand’s visual and service standards on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products as per their preferences.
- Provide complete product knowledge and styling suggestions to enhance sales.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
- Maintain store hygiene, stock display, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and returns as per company policy.
- Manage inventory and report stock levels to the store manager.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with a positive attitude.
Key Requirements:

Qualifications:
