Job Role: Business Development Executive

About the Role:

➢ Achieving month's Sales Targets of enrolling students for BFSI courses.

➢ Mobilization of youth and graduates to ensure minimum expected enrolments in the programs.

➢ Conduct community mapping and profiling exercise to identify key stakeholders and NGOs to partner with us.

➢ Organize events/Sessions/workshop for communities with parents, underprivileged graduates, NGOs and other stakeholders to build awareness in the 

community.

➢ Conduct follow-ups on call with children, parents, NGOs and other stakeholders.

➢ Maintain the data of mobilization, planning, stakeholder forms, MOUs, Minutes of meetings, Individual meet forms, Photographs of Events, Community Events reports, NGO Profile forms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a branding, marketing, or creative agency environment. Ideally 2-4 years
• Strong understanding of branding principles, design, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Developing visual concepts and ideas to conceptualize designs that meet client requirements and project objectives.

2.Create various design elements such as logos, illustrations, icons, typography, layouts, and other visual assets.Use of design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign to create high-quality designs.

3.Work on visual identities for the company, designing logos, selecting color schemes, creating brand guidelines, and ensuring brand consistency across different platforms.

4.Create designs for both print and digital media. They design materials such as brochures, business cards, posters, packaging, websites, social media graphics, and other digital assets.

5.Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design recommendations, and incorporate feedback. 

6.Responsible for preparing design files for print or digital production. Candidate Should know file formats, color modes, and resolution requirements to ensure the quality and accuracy of the final output.

Competencies and Required Skills

1.Proficiency in design software -includes Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, or other design tools. 

2.Should have a good understanding of different typefaces, font pairings, and how to use typography to enhance the overall visual impact of their designs.

3.The ability to work well in a team, listen to feedback, and incorporate input from others is important for successful project execution.

4.The ability to create well-balanced layouts and compositions is essential. Ensure accuracy and consistency in their designs. 

5.Strong communication skills are crucial for understanding project requirements, presenting design concepts, and incorporating feedback effectively.

6.Being able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently is essential for delivering projects on time. Should be adaptable and willing to learn new design trends, techniques, and tools to stay relevant and provide fresh design solutions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mobile Automation Tester who is passionate in Mobile App Automation and works in one or more mobile automation frameworks. 

Roles and Responsibilities : 

1. Write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically.
2. Build test automation frameworks.
3. Work in an agile development environment where developers and testers work closely together to ensure requirements are met.
4. Design, document, manage and execute test cases, sets, and suites. 
5. Work in cross-functional project teams that include Development, Marketing, Usability, Software Quality Assurance, Customer Learning, and Support.
6. Review test cases and automate whenever possible. -Educate team members on test automation and drive adoption. 
7. Integrate automated test cases into nightly build systems.

Required Skills:

1. Previous experience working as a QA automation engineer.
2. Experience in Mobile Testing. IOS automation and Android automation.
3. Hands-on experience in any programming language like Java, python, javascript, Ruby, C#.
4. Experience & knowledge of tools like JIRA, Selenium , Postman, Web and App test automation.
5. Ability to deliver results under pressure.
6. Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.

Good to Have Skills:

1. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines like (Jenkins, Circle CI).
2. API, DB Automation.
3. Excellent scripting experience.

Educational Qualifications:

● Candidates with Bachelor / Master's degree would be preferred

• Must have 5-8 years of experience in handling data
• Must have the ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
• Must have strong knowledge of and experience with programming (Python), Linux/Bash scripting, databases(SQL, etc)
• Must have strong analytical and critical thinking to resolve business problems using data and tech
•  Must have domain familiarity and interest of – Cloud technologies (GCP/Azure Microsoft/ AWS Amazon), open-source technologies, Enterprise technologies
• Must have the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must have good communication skills
• Working knowledge/exposure to ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, Athena, PrestoDB, Jupyter Notebook
