ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own end-to-end paid acquisition and revenue growth at Miror. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role with the potential to build and lead a performance team. 1. Revenue Strategy & Commercial Ownership

·       Own the paid marketing P&L — set and deliver revenue, ROAS, and CAC targets across all paid channels.

·       Build full-funnel campaign architectures aligned to monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

·       Forecast budgets and revenue projections in partnership with the business and product teams.

·       Drive sales growth across D2C, marketplaces, and app ecosystems through performance-led strategies.

 

2. Campaign Execution & Optimisation

·       Lead execution and optimisation of campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).

or functional programming language i.e. Python, Ruby etc
