Required skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Engineering or other similar concentration (BE/MCA)

• Master’s degree a plus

• 3-8 years’ experience in Production Support/ Application Management/ Application Development (support/ maintenance) role.

• Excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, fast learner

• Strong knowledge of Unix Administration.

• Strong scripting skills in Shell, Python, Batch is must.

• Strong Database experience – Oracle

• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle

• Power shell is nice to have

• Software development skillsets in Java or Ruby.

• Worked upon any of the cloud platforms – GCP/Azure/AWS is nice to have

Your Responsibilities:

• Initiating telephonic conversations with candidates interested in Outscal’s programs
• Building solid relationships with potential customers in the pipeline.
• Determining the persona and providing solutions based on the pain points of the potential customers.
• Coordinating both pre-sales and post-sales follow-ups.

Must Haves:

• 0 to 1 year of full-time sales experience (ed-tech sales would be an added advantage) .
• Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with tech lingo.

The full-stack developer for robotics will be:

• Collaborating with other developers on the UI's integration with new and existing hardware platforms.
• As needed, carry out other duties.
• Visualize live and simulated data.
• Develop real-time browser-based applications to support the design and development.
• In a collaborative atmosphere, you will create smart, elegant, and helpful software user interfaces and experiences for workstations.

Qualifications: required education, experience, or skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field of study, or comparable experience
• Expertise in creating user-facing software specifications and adhering to graphical specs
• Expertise with design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and others.
• 3 years of full-stack programming experience with Unity or QT Creator is required.
• Full-Stack design principles are well understood.
• Synthesizing function requirements into logical wireframes is something you've done before.
• The ability to work on a variety of robotic platforms
• Hands-on experience in using Node. JS, npm, Git, TypeScript, ExpressJS, Angular 10 and up, Angular Server-Side Rendering (Angular Universal)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Backlog ownership: Work with the development pod as Product Owner
• Execution: Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team, and other stakeholders and creating / managing requirements
• Prioritization: Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and development for the product
• Flow: Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of tasks to work on
• Collaboration: Work with Development Managers, Solution Architect, Delivery, and the development team(s) on estimation in order to deliver the project or program
• Technical: Work with Solution Architects to define the technical solutions and strategy for the product features
• Quality: Work with QAs to understand, document, triage and fix live issues or bugs
• Planning: Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Expertise: Gain and maintain a deep understanding of cloud governance-based business processes and workload deployments providing focus and prioritisation to product development processes
• Product Management: Contribute to product strategy, proposition development, prioritisation and release planning
