As our Senior Game Designer you have a talent to create fun, exciting game experiences for our players. You’ll be designing hybridcasual games, managing and overseeing hybridcasual projects and coaching of the design team
Your Team Mates

What Does The Job Actually Involve?
- Planning, managing and overseeing of hybridcasual game projects
- Motivate, inspire and mentor a small team of designers, encouraging a culture of constant learning
- Support your team members on solving complex design, technical and implementation issues
- Evolving and adapting game designs based on play testing, feedback and live metrics.
- Driving long term player engagement by understanding mobile players needs and motivations.
Your Hard Skills
- Track record of working either on successful hybridcasual games or alternatively has worked on both casual and hypercasual games
- Knowledge of mobile free-to-play game monetisation techniques.
- Ability to work creatively in a demanding team environment.
- Experience managing a team
- Strong creative ideas and imagination, able to entertain players with challenges, humour, surprises and fun.

Job Description:
Must-Have (Unity):
- Strong understanding of Unity3D (Version >= 2019).
- Strong understanding of Unity’s Nested Prefabs.
- Strong understanding of Unity’s Classic InputManager & New InputSystem.
- Strong understanding of Joystick/Controller/Keyboard input mapping using Unity’s Classic InputManager & New InputSystem.
- Strong understanding of UI navigation using Joystick/Controller/Keyboard input.
- Strong understanding of UnityWebRequest and Rest APIs uses in Unity.
- Strong understanding of Save/Load data in JSON notation.
- Strong understanding of debugging Console/Standalone/Mobile applications.
- Good understanding of libraries and plugins like JsonUtility, NewtonSoft, DoTween and TextMeshPro.
- Good understanding of responsive UI implementation in Unity.
- Good understanding of streaming assets in Unity.
- Basic understanding of Unity Editor scripting.
- Basic understanding of Unity’s custom builds pipeline for Console/Standalone/Mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD using Jenkins for Unity projects.

*Should be experienced in unity game development.
*Responsible to Develop top quality 2D and 3D games for Android, iOS and Windows using Unity 3D engine
*Write well-designed, efficient code using C# / JavaScript

*Coordinated with other Teams in Production like Artists/Game Testers/Game Designers to meet project deadlines.

• Have a good understanding of both the AEC/O industry and 3D visualization
industry.
• Good knowledge of 3D modeling software such as 3ds MAX, Maya, Rhino, Revit
and Blender
• Experience with cloud collaboration tools like BIM360, and ACC.
• VR/AR experience is a plus. For example, Unreal with C++ or Unity3d with C#.
• Strong understanding of visual programming plugins: Dynamo, Grasshopper, etc.
• Knowledge of batch rendering and how to set up a render farm
• Have experience in developing tools and scripts to standardize the visualization
workflow and to shorten the timeline by automating redundant tasks.
• Draft up wireframe quickly before proceeding with the production
Responsibilities :
- Implement game functionality as per communicated design
- Translate design specifications into functional game
- Communicate with other team members to establish an effective pipeline and integrate media assets
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Help maintain code quality
Mandatory Skills with Experience (in years) :
- Excellent knowledge of Unity, including experience with scripting, textures, animation
- Experience with mobile (android & iOS) & WebGL game development
- Experience with android & apple app store configurationbuild upload
- Proficient knowledge of socket.io for socket communication
- Experience optimizing memory and space usage for support of older hardware
