Job Description

Position: Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AWS / GCP)

Work Location: Bengaluru / Pune

Mode: Work from office

Experience : 6-8 years

Responsibilities:

 Experience in Building and Deploying Productionized Gen AI Solutions

 Hands-on experience working with AI Agents

 Analyze and evaluate ML algorithms to solve specific problems, ranking them by

success probability.

 Explore, analyze, and visualize data to gain insights and understand its structure.

 Ensure data quality across various datasets and oversee the data acquisition process

when necessary.

 Define model validation strategies and develop preprocessing or feature engineering

workflows.

 Design and implement data augmentation pipelines.

 Train models, tune hyperparameters, and analyze model errors to devise solutions.

 Establish and manage A/B testing setups.

 Deploy and maintain MLOps pipelines, ensuring their smooth operation.

 Technical Expertise:

 Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch,

Keras, and Caffe.

 Proficiency in developing supervised machine learning algorithms and deep learning

models such as CNN, RNN, LSTM, BERT, NLU, and YOLO.

 Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP, and tools like SageMaker

and Vertex AI.

 Experience in data wrangling and PySpark, with a working knowledge of EMR and

Glue.

 Strong Python development skills and experience working in Linux environments.

 Experience containerizing applications using Docker.

 Proficiency in SQL and at least one NoSQL data store such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB,

Cassandra, or HBase.

 Experience with branch-based deployments.

Preferred Skills:

 6-8 years’ experience in Machine Learning

 Knowledge of Langchain for building language models and vector databases.

 Familiarity with embeddings and their applications in ML models.

 Understanding of MLFlow and Kubeflow for managing the ML lifecycle.

 Consulting experience

 Experience optimizing performance across multiple GPUs.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Overview:

The Risk Manager will oversee the organization's risk management program, assessing and identifying risks that could impede the reputation, safety, security, or financial success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and managing the consumers' credit portfolio and risk within the desired target
2. Driving new experiments with deeper cust understanding and segmentation 
3. Leverage traditional and alternate data to create risk policies and ensure effective implementation 
4. Continuously plans, monitors, and reviews risk management and perform regular checking and/or surveillance to ensure that risk treatment is effective
5. Establish, implement and manage risk policy and control frameworks, ensuring that minimum standards, ownership and operation are documented and communicated across the Group
6. Manage a governance structure to monitor, challenge and test business compliance with risk policies and control frameworks
7. Develop, lead and maintain a center of expertise within 1st line risk management
8. Maintain comprehensive credit policy inventory and facilitate timely periodic review/approval of credit policies
9. Monitor and communicate new regulatory issues/guidance impacting credit policy, analyze the impact, interpret and implement into policy

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, or related field required.
2. At least 7+ of related experience is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse cloud infrastructure requirements

• Automating system tasks and infrastructure using a scripting language (Shell/Python/Ruby

preferred), with configuration management tools (Ansible/ Puppet/Chef), service registry and

discovery tools (Consul and Vault, etc), infrastructure orchestration tools (Terraform,

CloudFormation), and automated imaging tools (Packer)

• Support existing infrastructure, analyse problem areas and come up with solutions

• An eye for monitoring – the candidate should be able to look at complex infrastructure and be

able to figure out what to monitor and how.

• Work along with the Engineering team to help out with Infrastructure / Network automation needs.

• Deploy infrastructure as code and automate as much as possible

• Manage a team of DevOps

Desired Profile:

• Understanding of provisioning of Bare Metal and Virtual Machines

• Working knowledge of Configuration management tools like Ansible/ Chef/ Puppet, Redfish.

• Experience in scripting languages like Ruby/ Python/ Shell Scripting

• Working knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing, firewalling & IPS concepts

• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.

• Hands-on experience setting up CICD from SCRATCH in Jenkins
