Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MEAN Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Node.js, Angular, and at least 1+ year of hands-on experience in NestJS. This role requires someone who is passionate about building scalable applications, integrating APIs, and driving high-performance backend systems.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in Node.js (backend) and Angular (frontend)
• Minimum 1+ years of experience with NestJS framework
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Security Best Practices
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust backend systems using Node.js and NestJS
• Create dynamic and responsive front-end applications using Angular
• Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Architect secure, scalable, and maintainable microservices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, UX) in Agile sprints

Required Technical Skills:

Backend

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
• Extensive experience with NestJS framework
• Hands-on experience with Prisma ORM and complex database schemas
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and Swagger documentation
• Proven experience writing unit and integration tests with Jest

Frontend

• Expert-level React knowledge and modern React patterns (hooks, context, etc.)
• Deep understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals
• Experience with performance optimization techniques (code splitting, memoization, lazy loading)
• Strong grasp of responsive design and modern CSS practices

General

• Demonstrated experience conducting thorough code reviews
• Commitment to following strict development standards and best practices
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns

• 1-5 years of experience in a full stack software development role.
• Experience in technologies - PHP, Bootstrap, Vuejs and MySQL.
• Knowledge of Cloud services (GCP/AWS), MongoDB and Nodejs is a plus.

Lead Full Stack Developer (MEAN Stack) (Product Lead ) - 5+ Exp.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Product development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust MEAN stack Application.
• Should be able to plan & execute Development Sprints in Jira based on given Feature Documentation.
• Should be able to allocate resources for Sprints and give time estimates.
• Conduct Daily Standup Meetings for Team and make sure of Sprint Progress.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices for MEAN Stack development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and communicate project progress.
• Stay updated with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
• Making sure that we are creating highly scalable and maintainable API’s that meet performance and security requirements.
• Make sure to have at least 90% Test Coverage for NodeJS Backend.
• Conduct detailed code reviews & refactoring and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines.
• Optimising frontend components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Develop detailed, annotated wireframes depicting all elements on unique screen types, including content, functional, navigation, and interaction specifications.
• Articulates rationale for approach in the context of both business and user needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Node.js & Angular development.
• Experience with NoSQL database technologies like MongoDB is must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

mavQ is seeking a motivated Consultant to join our team. You will be an integral member of the Professional Services team dedicated to work on the recently acquired mavQ’s Electronic Research Administration products built on a REST based Java platform running in Tomcat. The work is about 70% implementation and new development and 30% maintenance.

Work Location: Hyderabad, India.

What You will be doing:

• Work closely with the Business Analysts and Project Managers to implement the products on new customer sites 
• Analyze client requirements and match with system functionality to develop SOWs.
• Develop tools and applications with producing clean, standardized, and scalable code
• Look into ways implementation tasks can be automated using appropriate tools and scripting
• Troubleshooting bugs and answering implementation questions from customers and the product teams. 
• Collaborate with other cross-functional teams
• Ensure change management processes are followed

What you will bring:
