- Own the responsibility for talent acquisition (internal as well as Singapore-based), including job posting, collating applications, and tracking candidate status to closure
- Constantly look to find new ways of identifying/sourcing technical and recruitment talent
- Screen and shortlist candidates for interviewing.
- Prepare offer letters and stay in touch with upcoming joiners
- Help new joiners onboard, identify any required facilities, set them up on email, e-phones and intranet

About the Role:
As Product (UX/UI) Designer at Data Sutram, you will be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences.
