
About 4-5 years of total experience of recent full life cycle IT and non-IT recruitment, and some amount of HR and general administration experience such as coordinating, scheduling, tracking, collecting and organising documents, etc.
- Own the responsibility for talent acquisition (internal as well as Singapore-based), including job posting, collating applications, and tracking candidate status to closure
- Constantly look to find new ways of identifying/sourcing technical and recruitment talent
- Screen and shortlist candidates for interviewing.
- Prepare offer letters and stay in touch with upcoming joiners
- Help new joiners onboard, identify any required facilities, set them up on email, e-phones and intranet
- Track and close (or coordinate to close) support requests pertaining to HR, desktops, payroll, leave, etc.
- Assist the executive management in occasional administrative or organisational tasks as requested. These may include gathering and collating data, organising documents, etc.
- Attention to detail, an organised and systematic approach to working, and good oral and written communication skills are non-negotiable.
- Ability to maintain smooth professional working relationships with employees, other internal and external support roles, vendors, etc.
- A passion for getting things right, getting results, employment branding, selection, and quality of candidates and associates experience
