Panel Sourcing & Onboarding:
● Collaborate with recruiters to source potential panel members using various tools like Naukri and other databases.
● Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of panel members into Incruiter’s system.

Relationship Management:

Qualifications:

Job Description: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT)
Position Overview: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT) plays a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for various non-information technology (IT) positions within the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs, and executing recruitment strategies to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent across different departments and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for various non-IT roles, considering different sourcing channels and candidate pools.
2. Sourcing and Candidate Identification:
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices.
3. Candidate Screening and Assessment:
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and organizational culture fit.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, motivations, and alignment with company values.
4. Interview Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers in conducting effective interviews, including developing interview questions and evaluation criteria.
5. Candidate Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, keeping them informed about their application status.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in non-IT sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- Partnering with leaders in resource planning, allocation and drafting the manpower plans for the company
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers to design and implement optimal sourcing strategies against the manpower plan requirements
- Direct sourcing covering all sourcing channels - internal mobility, referrals, advertised search, on-line job boards, networking, research, company website and search engines
- Identifying the sources for hiring that are cost efficient, highly effective with fast turnaround time
- Partnering with the business leaders on creating strong assessment mechanisms for recruitment
- Deploying assessment tools in the interviews to ensure that talent that is taken forward is as per org/ business requirements
- Handling all Recruitment operations (Sourcing, interview scheduling, coordination etc)
- Creating regular recruitment reports / trackers to gauge the health of manpower planning and recruitment related processes
- Creating Job Descriptions & specifications with respect to hiring
- Staying connected to consultants, vendors, industry peers & internally with business leaders at all points to ensure relevant and timely information flow
- Gathering real time market intelligence on people, compensation, related trends and movements
- Compensation benchmarking - internal and external
- Handling salary negotiations and ensuring the compensation offered takes into account the market trends and internal parity
