Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA OTC (Order-to-Cash) / SAP SD Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) implementations, rollouts, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of OTC business processes and experience in solution design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC implementation, rollout, and transformation projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition).
• Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
• Sales Order Management
• Pricing
• Billing
• Credit Management
• Output Determination
• Condition Contract Management
• BRF+
• Vehicle Management (preferred)
• Design and support interfaces, enhancements, forms, and reports.
• Work closely with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
• Support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Coordinate with business users, cross-functional teams, and onsite stakeholders.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Participate in production support, issue resolution, and change management activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain high-quality standards.

About the Role

We are looking at experienced team members who have learned the art of onboarding

Retailers, Chemist, Pharmacist in their region. Candidate will be required to perform below

KPI/KRAs for this role:

- Achieve monthly sales TGT of ~15L through offline sales in Chemist, Pharmacist,

Retailers

- Improve blended margins through selling Pharma, Consumables and POCT devices

- Onboard monthly 50 customers for generating sales

- Drive campaigns on schemes, bundle offerings to end customers

- 10 Customer Visits / Day
