Responsibilities:

• Design the overall architecture of the web application.

What You'll Do

Punchh is seeking to hire Big Data Engineer at either a senior or tech lead level. Reporting to the Director of Big Data, he/she will play a critical role in leading Punchh’s big data innovations. By leveraging prior industrial experience in big data, he/she will help create cutting-edge data and analytics products for Punchh’s business partners.

This role requires close collaborations with data, engineering, and product organizations. His/her job functions include

• Work with large data sets and implement sophisticated data pipelines with both structured and structured data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable solutions.
• Manage and optimize our internal data pipeline that supports marketing, customer success and data science to name a few.
• A technical leader of Punchh’s big data platform that supports AI and BI products.
• Work with infra and operations team to monitor and optimize existing infrastructure 
• Occasional business travels are required.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience as a Big Data engineering professional, developing scalable big data solutions.
• Advanced degree in computer science, engineering or other related fields.
• Demonstrated strength in data modeling, data warehousing and SQL.
• Extensive knowledge with cloud technologies, e.g. AWS and Azure.
• Excellent software engineering background. High familiarity with software development life cycle. Familiarity with GitHub/Airflow.
• Advanced knowledge of big data technologies, such as programming language (Python, Java), relational (Postgres, mysql), NoSQL (Mongodb), Hadoop (EMR) and streaming (Kafka, Spark).
• Strong problem solving skills with demonstrated rigor in building and maintaining a complex data pipeline.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate a complex concept with thoughtful, actionable recommendations.

• You will work with Account Managers and clients to troubleshoot the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. This could be anything from solving small CMS hiccups to recommending a better workflow, leveraging HubL for a better solution, to executing great parts of HubSpot CRM implementations.
• You will work closely with the tech and marketing delivery teams to architect and implement HubSpot setup and workflows so you can achieve client goals in the most efficient manner.
• You will support and eventually lead HubSpot onboarding for company clients.
• You will be required to upskill on HubSpot and a host of other martech tools continuously and over time become a match specialist.
• You will enable the learning of others on HubSpot, so your love for knowledge sharing will be put to use.
• You will be assigned as a Project Manager for the company's marketing services clients.

Qualifications and skills

• 3+ Years working on HTML/CSS. JavaScript is a plus
• Experience working with Content Management Systems like HubSpot, WordPress, etc. 
• Have experience in HubL and creating HubSpot templates using HubL. HubSpot CMS certification is a plus.
• Worked with web designers to create HubSpot templates and custom modules from scratch.
• Worked on apps and integrations from the HubSpot marketplace.
• Understand APIs and integrations, from the tech as well as the business sides.
• Strong sense of design and are able to articulate what is on-trend, what looks good. Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once

Should execute block level floor planning, PG Planning, partitioning, placement, scan-chain-reordering, clock tree synthesis, timing optimization, SI aware routing, timing analysis/closure and ECO tasks (timing and functional ECOs), SI closure, design rule checks (DRC), and Logical vs. Schematic (LVS) checks, Antenna checks.

Physical Design Implementation on advanced technology nodes like 28nm, 20nm for block level implementation. Good understanding on low power concepts. Good understanding on top level physical design, partitioning and timing constraints, IR Drop.

Candidate should be from semiconductor/'ASIC industry
