Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise in different types of online ads, including display ads, search ads, and social media ads, to effectively promote our product and services across various digital platforms.

- Create compelling and persuasive content for ads, landing pages, and other marketing collateral to engage the target audience and drive desired actions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximize ROI across all campaigns.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
- Stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on managing online advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in running ads on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook, with a strong understanding of their respective advertising platforms and tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with external partners.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contacting potential & existing clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
2. Conducting research on organizations to find new opportunities
3. Working on increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
4. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
5. Helping the team with various marketing initiatives
