SyncEzy is a SAAS integration company and we build deep integrations between the world's leading applications. We are looking to expand our integrations to other areas and are looking for Four Experienced Developers to join our team.

Senior Laravel / PHP Full Stack Developer - Work from Home/ Remote Role

The right candidate will:

• Have developed integrations or applications using the Laravel Framework and Microservices.
• Develop deep functional integrations between applications using publicly documented APIs.
• Have a strong experience using tools like Postman to consume APIs from Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, Infusionsoft, Xero, Quickbooks, Shopify, Procore, simPRO, or similar apps.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Understand business requirements based on spec sheets and build deep functional integrations
• Work well with the existing team of developers
• Have demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including PHP Laravel framework, Angular, NodeJs
• Experience with SOAP, REST, and other APIs
• Experience with OAuth, Managing Security, and access tokens, encryption, Single Sign-On.

Recruitment Process:

Round 1: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a video conferencing interview.

Round 2: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to Software Development Test assignment task, You will be paid for up to 8 hours based on the time taken to complete the task.

Round 3: Personal Interview / Meet the team / Offer if successful.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Laravel framework.
• Minimum 3 years experience with public APIs of world-leading applications like (Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, Xero, Quickbooks, Shopify, or more)
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Bachelors in Engineering IT / Computer Science. BCA in Computers, B.Sc in Computers, B.Tech/B.E. in Computers
• PG Diploma in Computers, MCA in Computers, M.Tech in Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Computers.

• A very good internet connection 50mbps minimum. (Please do a speed test BEFORE applying)
• A proper work desk/setup at home and a quiet place to work.
• A Laptop / Computer during your probation period, we will provide company hardware laptop / PC, Headphones, standup desk, etc. upon confirmation.

Compensation:

CTC: 8 lacs to 10 lacs

Our client is an integrated workforce management software platform offering intelligent automation for daily work orders management, housekeeping activities, facility maintenance, scheduling & labor management, and time & attendance purpose-built for the hospitality market and another dynamic scheduling environment.

Responsibilities

• Monthly book reviews and analysis of accounting books for India and Overseas entities - UK, US, Singapore & China.

• In charge of inter-company transactions and reconciliation.

• Perform monthly, quarterly and year-end closing, and preparation of financial statements – standalone and consolidated.

• Assist in developing/maintaining monthly reports of revenues and expenditures.

• Coordinate with foreign entities’ accountants, consultants and auditors for timely financial reporting and filing.

• Convening of Statutory audits for all the regions – India, UK, US, Singapore and China.

• Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.

• Statutory compliance management like direct taxes, indirect taxes as well as payroll taxes for various geographies.

• Helps with different accounting fields, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, journal entry review, etc.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 4 to 7 years of relevant years of experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel & MS Word).

• Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong command over written and spoken English.

• Strong hands-on experience in General ledger transactions, preparation of financial statements and MIS reporting.

• Experience in convening statutory audits.

• Experience in Transfer Pricing will be a value add

• Overall 2+ years’ experience developing web applications

• Calling and visiting customers 

• Collect payment

➢ Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating 

when necessary.

➢ Call customers with overdue accounts. 

➢ understand and explain benefits of repayment and credit history of 

customer. 

➢ Correct customer misunderstanding on product policy and terms.

 ➢ Set up payment plan and follow-up schedule. 

➢ Educate customer on consequences for late payment.

 ➢ Escalate difficult or unusable case to team leaders. 

➢ Provide feedback on reason for default to team Leader.

• Attend offline networking events, community events and hearings to generate leads
• Research the market to develop warm leads
• Capable of processing Inbound Leads & Outbound Leads (ABM)
• Qualify Customers to establish Product – Solution Fit
• Sound Presentation skills to do a live demo of Solution to Prospects
• Upsell/Cross Sell additional products/modules as the need arises
• Use CRM effectively to assist yourself, track progress with new prospects and report to management
• Strong work ethic to follow up prospects and do not allow leads to slip through cracks
• Focus on achieving Revenue and activity targets on a daily & Weekly basis
• Win Commissions and Contests regularly
• Self Accountable and report weekly progress in team meetings
• Confident to discuss price, negotiate (trade) with Prospects
• Team player working with Marketing and Customer Success Team
• Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals

• Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for 2-5 year(s)
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, IT or similar relevant fields
