We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive growth for our flagship Identity Confluence (IGA/IDAM) solution. The role combines strategic sales, account management, and subject-matter expertise in Identity & Access Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets for Identity Confluence.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO, CRO, Risk/Compliance Heads, IT Director).
- Partner closely with pre-sales and solutioning teams to deliver tailored demos, solution workshops, and compelling proposals.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connects.
- Stay updated on IAM/IGA trends and competitor offerings to position Identity Confluence as the preferred choice.
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback to product and marketing teams to shape future solution roadmaps.

About the Position:
The Professional Services Consultant (Developer/Team Lead) will be a technical leader accountable for gathering customer requirements, delivering best practice, and executing customer implementation projects while driving new revenue through identifying new opportunities and user adoption. The position also requires providing technical guidance and sharing best practices with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the technical implementation of projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Egnyte solutions
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams such as Engineering, Product Management and Technical Support to solve technical problems and propose new feature development
