The UX writer at Siply should have the ability to ideate and create compelling content for the Siply app. You will be a part of the smart, proactive and self-driven team of Siply.

Responsibilities :

• Own all UI copy and messaging on the Siply app – across all product areas
• Improve overall effectiveness of our products – ensuring clear communication of the value proposition
• Collaborate with designers and product managers throughout the product design and development process
• Work with business teams and support to ensure frictionless product launch
• Ensure consistency in the voice of our product and brand across various product areas.

Requirements :

About the Role: 
We are looking for a Product Designer who can demonstrate high agency and open to iterate rapidly. Should deeply understand customer problems and take on a multitude of roles that facilitate the creation of a solution.

Responsibilities: 

User Research:

• Advocate the customer.
• Gather insights and feedback.
• Evaluate user experience to affect strategy and roadmaps.
• Evangelise research in the organization.

Interaction Design :

• Solve problems through existing design patterns or facilitate problem-solving through new patterns.
• Create mockups and flows for the user interface.
• Document how these new patterns work.

Visual Design :

• Mastery and application of color, space, typography, iconography, illustration, and UX laws.
• Strong “taste” and aesthetics.
• Understanding of brand across different platforms.

Prototyping :

• Use prototyping tools like code, after effects, Framer, Origami, InVision.
• Implement one’s own flows and interactions.
• Test ideas in high fidelity.

Qualification:

• 3-4 years of experience in a related field along with a strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience in UI/UX design.

About the Role:

This is the Senior role where you will build systems and infrastructure to enable seamless user experience across all our offerings in the space of Micro-Savings, Micro-Credit, Micro-Insurance, and associated Value-Added Services. You will power the user experiences on the App and translate complex technical issues into Business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Build the architecture for our Product platforms and take ownership for deliverables.
• Good Understanding of all stage of software development and also mentoring team.
• Design some of the most advanced & complex software systems / products in the industry.
• Determine technical feasibility of medium to low complexity features or solutions by evaluating problem, possible solutions and technology requirements.
• Exercise judgement in prioritizing tasks and selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Collaborate and work closely with Engineering, Product and Design team.

Requirements:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in software product development.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field from top tier universities is preferred.
• Excellent abstraction, coding and system design skills.
• Strong hands-on technology experience building and running large scale systems handling multi-million sessions/transactions per day.
• Strong experience in large scale Database systems like rdbms & NoSQL stores.
• Excellent programming skills in Java/GO/NodeJS and expertise in multi- threading and performance-oriented programming.

Role

Mobile Application Developer at Siply will be supporting Mobile Application development using Cross platform technologies. The individual will partner with team members and teams across the business to understand requirements, design and develop applications that engage and provide a great user experience. The individual will have the opportunity for hands-on development in Native and cross platform technologies and will be considered knowledgeable in UI design principles for mobile, design patterns, build/reuse components and follow best practices. The individual will be the go-to person and will manage modules independently along with providing guidance to junior members and contract resources.

Responsibilities:

• Build modules from scratch by dictating the right modular architecture
• Complete ownership of problem-free execution of owned modules and solutions.
• Focus on code optimization, code quality, maintainability etc.
• Leading a team of Flutter engineers

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience.
• Good to have experience in building Flutter Web.
• Expertise in state management techniques such as Block Provider, etc.
• Test driven development.
• Experience building, releasing and maintaining a large-scale Android application
• Good understanding of memory management, network interaction, debugging, concurrency and multi- threading in Android.

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager with experience of shipping features in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will own products under one of the verticals- Micro-savings, Micro-insurance or Micro-credit. The candidate will closely work with product managers, engineers, designers, marketers and business folks to identify product insights, create the product vision, drive development, launch high-quality product experiences and continuously iterate.

What We are Looking For

• Have a minimum 2 years of Product Management experience (not to be confused with total work ex). You should have shipped products/features in the past. This is non-negotiable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative but fast, changing and ambiguous environment.
• Understands the consumer through past experiences, research, and market data and ensures laser focus on the consumer during product development.
• Ability to think out of the box and on your feet.
• Excellent product design skills with solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows
• Strong business acumen
• Intuitive but data-driven combining power of analytics and heuristics with innovative customer validation techniques
• Ability to marshall consensus and sell product vision both internally and externally.

• 2-5 years of experience in product management.

• Experience managing a team and developing internet or media products and technologies would be highly preferred.
• Experience in managing fintech products is highly desirable.
