Metrics & Reporting:

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, sales cycle duration, and revenue growth.

The Operations Support Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries related to the business portal's features and services. Key Responsibilities:

As a Power BI and QlikView Developer, we expect the candidate to be a key contributor in the implementation of data analytics dashboards – from data preparation to dashboard development, unit testing and deployment. The primary work focus for the candidate is as under: 

• Understanding the database design.
