1. Troubleshoot Microsoft Office Products (O365)
2. Windows 10 desktop issues
3. Windows updates and driver issues
4. Basic concepts of networking

6. DNS
7. Web Browser Troubleshooting
8. RingCentral Phone Systems

11. Outlook Troubleshooting.
12. Third party application installation and troubleshooting (using reference guide)

Shifts –Rotational – US/Night Shifts
(Candidate will be required to work in US/Night shifts, we will not be able to commit on shift timings, since shift timings will be dependent on the preferences of the client)

Location – Position can be based out of Pune, Mumbai or Bangalore – however interviews will happen at Mumbai location.

Notice period – Max 60 days

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to work in abroad countries. Responsibilities:

• Person should have good experience working as Full Stack developer.
• Manage End to End Solution Development.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to enhance performance and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, project planning, and discussions.

3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on application and cloud security.

· Proficiency in security tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, OWASP ZAP, and SonarQube.

· Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices.

· Basic knowledge of AI/ML security frameworks and tools.

What you will do?

1. Provide sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA, develop and execute a sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goals

2. Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts

3. Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle

4. Making sure that the hotel ownership is profitable and finding new ways to add value to each hotel you're responsible for

5. Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with each of your designated hotels

6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

7. Support the development of sales strategies and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
