Oracle BI Developer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Staffing Sales Specialist with a strong background in SaaS sales.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building client relationships, generating new business, and driving revenue growth in the IT/Cybersecurity/Analytics/Product engineering staffing and SaaS domains For India/APAC Region.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Account Management: Identify, target, and secure new clients for IT/Cybersecurity/Analytics/Product engineering staffing services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers in SaaS companies.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets. Leverage market insights to identify opportunities and position IT staffing solutions effectively within the SaaS industry.

SaaS Sales Expertise: Leverage your experience in SaaS sales to understand client needs and align staffing solutions with their technology objectives. Collaborate with clients to identify skill gaps and provide tailored staffing solutions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement services.

Networking & Business Development: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build the company’s presence in the IT and SaaS sectors. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas.

Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met with high-quality candidates. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IT IT/Cybersecurity/Analytics/Product engineering staffing sales and SaaS sales. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends, especially in SaaS. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications Established network of clients in the SaaS or IT industry. Knowledge of workforce management, talent acquisition, and recruitment trends. Experience with MSP (Managed Service Provider) or VMS (Vendor Management System) environments is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and arrange senior executives travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage correspondence flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage the MDs calendar and set up meetings
• Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Help prepare for meetings and accurately record the minutes from meetings.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all maters pertaining to the Company and all the senior executives.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4 - 8 years experience in a similar role reporting directly to upper management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet etc) with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Familiar with international travel arrangements
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge

• Good Hands-on experience in Angular or React.
• Experience in designing and building large-scale, high availability, secure web applications and REST-full API using Node.js in an agile methodology.
• Good Hands-on experience in Node Js frameworks like Express, .
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript and Node.JS
• Knowledge and understanding of Event Loop architecture.
• Knowledge and understanding of promises and (async or await)
• Implementation of security like oauth 2.0, JWT and data protection.
• Good Hands-on experience on cache server.
• Knowledge and understanding of Request, Axios, proficiency in REST-ful APIs.
• Knowledge of data structures and Algorithms, Node Global variables and In-built libraries
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and Workarounds
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in software development in an object-oriented language such as Java, .NET or Node.Js
• Exceptional design, coding, and problem-solving skills, with a bias for architecture at scale.
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, front-end technologies like AngularJS, Redux / React and upcoming web technologies.
• Real-world experience developing large scale commercial services with robust performance, resiliency, and telemetry, delivered both Online and OnPrem.
• Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Ability to appreciate complex problems with a thorough design.
