Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Consulting Sales: Drive end-to-end sales of Salesforce consulting services (Implementation, Customization, Configuration). No product sales or CRM-related work (dashboards/reports).
• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and acquire potential clients through outbound sales strategies.
• Outbound Sales & Prospecting: Utilize cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Sales Cycle Management: Own the complete sales process from initial outreach to deal closure.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years in IT sales, B2B consulting sales, or recruitment-based sales.
• Domain Expertise: Prior experience in Salesforce consulting sales is a must (not Salesforce product sales).
• Sales Skills: Strong lead generation, outbound sales, and business development expertise.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to business growth.
• US Market Experience: Prior experience selling into the US market is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the Organic Growth Engine. Build innovative strategies that drive not only traffic but meaningful revenue by connecting search intent with business value.

• Execute a High-Intent Content Strategy. Move beyond generic content and identify high-value commercial keywords that drive qualified leads and user acquisition.

• Deliver Technical Excellence. Work closely with Engineering to ensure our site architecture, performance (Core Web Vitals), and crawlability become a true competitive advantage.

• Optimize for Conversion (CRO). Conduct A/B tests across landing pages, CTAs, and lead magnets to consistently convert organic visitors into customers.

• Scale Authority. Lead smart, white-hat link-building and digital PR initiatives to enhance Domain Authority and overall brand visibility.

• Drive Data-Backed Experimentation. Continuously test and refine titles, meta descriptions, and content formats to improve CTRs and search rankings.

About the role

Responsibilities

• Implementing High quality applications using front end technologies like Angular JS or Angular latest versions.
• Wherever possible take part in backend implementation.
• Suggest better and suitable alternative technologies and frameworks.
• Interacting with clients and gathering and documenting business requirements and solution designs to a high degree
• Recruiting and managing other personnel as relevant and achieving a high performance for self and the team
• Ensuring that clients are satisfied and do not have any negative feedback about the Company and the Executives provision of services
• Understand the Digilytics^TM vision and help in creating and maintaining a development roadmap
• Contribute to product development team and deliver product releases in a timely manner

About the role: We’re looking for a Node.Js Developer who can adapt to new tech stacks and innovate with cutting-edge technology solutions, to build eCommerce platforms that are unique, disruptive, and powerful.

What you'll do:
● Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
● Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
● Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
● Implement security and data protection integrations
● Integrate data storage solutions such as databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.
● Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
● Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

What you'll need:
● Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of work experience as a Node Js.
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript or Typescript
● Understanding of Node.js and its frameworks such as Express or StrongLoop
● Understanding of the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
● Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
● Understanding of accessibility, security compliance, user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
● Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
