Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate UI/UX & Graphic Designer (B2B SaaS) with experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design. Exposure to video editing, motion graphics, AI-powered design tools, or no-code design platforms will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, understand branding fundamentals, and be eager to learn and grow while working on diverse B2B and SaaS projects. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to create visually compelling designs that align with business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Graphic Design

• Design marketing creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
• Create brochures, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist in developing branding assets including logos, brand identity elements, and visual guidelines.
• Ensure consistency across all brand communications.
• Apply strong principles of typography, layout, color, and composition in every design.

UI/UX Design

• Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, dashboards, and web applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Ensure responsive and mobile-first design principles are followed.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
• Assist in maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.

Multimedia (Added Advantage)

• Edit short marketing videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Create basic motion graphics and simple animations using After Effects.
• Support multimedia projects with visual enhancements and creative assets.

Branding & Creative Thinking

• Understand and follow brand guidelines while creating marketing materials.
• Apply basic color psychology, typography, and visual storytelling principles.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
• Support senior designers in presenting concepts and implementing client feedback.

Productivity & Modern Design Approach

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design and/or UI/UX design.

Lead Mobile Engineer - Android & iOS, AI-Native Healthcare Apps

Role Overview

Lead design, development, and delivery of mobile apps across Android and iOS. Own architecture, quality, and mobile engineering practice. Integrate Voice AI, conversational AI, and real-time features into patient-facing healthcare applications.

Mobile Architecture & Delivery

We are looking for a product designer who has a good understanding of the entire design cycle right from user research, problem discovery, sketching and wire-framing, building flows and interactions, to creating pixel-perfect screens, testing prototypes and working with developers. As a Product Designer you will:

• As the first ever Product Designer, you'll be the core owner of our mobile app from start to finish. You’ll help us better understand our users’ needs & pain points, and will have the skills to turn your learnings into beautifully designed visuals and interactions. You'll report to our CTO and collaborate with the engineering team.
• You are an active collaborator/contributor for our other web applications.
• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing and various Business teams to deliver delightful customer experiences
• Work closely with the engineering team to assure design quality by auditing implementation during development.
• Define the product briefs together with stakeholders, get buy-in of your design.
• Attend product meetings and have a granular understanding of the company’s goals.
• Facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, wire framing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences as well as developing system information architecture.
• Drive user research, create detailed user journeys and take appropriate design decisions backed by user-behavior and data.

• Use basic analytics tools to gather customer data (funnel), iterate on product based on data & feedback to drive improvements in overall product experience.
