Job Description

Positions: Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)/ Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)

Education Qualification: 

1. Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, law, or criminology
2. Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Certified Compliance Officer (CCO)

Experience: 12-14 years

Location:  Pan India with potential requirement to travel to the middle east

Employment Type:  contract for 6-12 months (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance: 

1. Ensure adherence to QFCRA regulations and other applicable laws. Keep policies updated with regulatory changes.
2. Compliance Program: Design and maintain the firm’s compliance program, covering operational, legal, and risk requirements.
3. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate compliance risks.
4. Training: Provide ongoing compliance training to staff and senior management.
5. Reporting & Auditing: Conduct internal audits and report findings to management and regulators.
6. Liaison: Act as the main contact with QFCRA and other regulatory bodies.
7. Incident Management: Investigate compliance breaches and take corrective actions.
8. Provide support for cross border activities including jurisdictions where marketing materials and funds are being distributed

Money Laundering:

1. AML Program: Implement and manage the firm’s Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing program.
2. KYC & Monitoring: Oversee KYC and ongoing transaction monitoring, ensuring compliance with AML rules.
3. Suspicious Activity Reporting: Identify and report suspicious transactions 
4. Staff Training: Ensure regular AML/CTF training for employees.
5. Regulatory Liaison: Communicate with QFCRA on all AML/CTF-related matters.
6. Audit & Testing: Conduct regular AML compliance audits and implement corrective measures where necessary.

What you’ll be doing

• Ensure that our applications and environments are stable, scalable, secure and performing as expected.
• Proactively engage and work in alignment with cross-functional colleagues to understand their requirements, contributing to and providing suitable supporting solutions.
• Develop and introduce systems to aid and facilitate rapid growth including implementation of deployment policies, designing and implementing new procedures, configuration management and planning of patches and for capacity upgrades

• Troubleshoot issues across the whole stack - software, applications and network.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables as part of a self-organizing team.
• Learn and unlearn every day by exchanging knowledge and new insights, conducting constructive code reviews, and participating in retrospectives.

Requirements

• 2+ years extensive experience of Linux server administration include patching, packaging (rpm), performance tuning, networking, user management, and security.
• 2+ years of implementing systems that are highly available, secure, scalable, and self-healingon Azure cloud platform
• Strong understanding of networking, especially in cloud environments along with a good understanding of CICD.
• Prior experience implementing industry standard security best practices, including those recommended by Azure
• Proficiency with Bash, and any high-level scripting language.
• Basic working knowledge of observability stacks like ELK, prometheus, grafana, Signoz etc
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and Infrastructure Testing, preferably using Pulumi/Terraform.
• Hands-on experience in building and administering VMs and Containers using tools such as Docker/Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills, spoken as well as written, with a demonstrated ability to articulate technical problems and projects to all stakeholders.

1. At least 3+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS project implementations as a technical developer

2. Completed at least 1 ERP or Oracle Cloud (Fusion) project implementations

3. Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for ERP/Oracle Cloud (Fusion)

4. Extensively worked on BI Publisher reports, FBDI/OTBI and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

5. Have strong technical knowledge on Oracle Database SQL and PLSQL

6. VBCS development experience is an added advantage 

1. Minimum 2.5 years of experience as a Python Developer.
2. Minimum 2.5 years of experience in any framework like Django/Flask/Fast API
3. Minimum 2.5 years of experience in SQL/ Postgress
4. Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Git/Gitlab/Bit-Bucket
5. Minimum 2+ years of experience in deployment (CICD with Jenkins)
6. Minimum 2.5 years of experience in any cloud like AWS/GCP/Azure
