Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.

• Expertise in Angular (version 16+) and NodeJS.

• Proven experience developing and deploying microservices and serverless applications on AWS, particularly using AWS Lambda.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns and design principles.

• Proficiency with AWS services like API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and IAM.

• Hands-on experience with database technologies, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB or MongoDB).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and version control tools like Git.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor other team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field
• At least 6+ years of experience with at least 4 years of software application design experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• A full stack generalist with experience in both front-end and back-end technologies
• Proven experience in high-level programming languages, like Java and Development of scalable Web Applications and Web Services
• Experience in JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, NodeJS
• Passion for delivering products end-to-end, from ideation to implementation
• Proven experience building complex web applications and micro services
• Strong experience with Spring Boot stack (spring cloud, spring-data)
• Extensive experience in developing and consuming REST APIs
• Experience in PHP is a plus advantage

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements
• Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities
• Recommend new technologies to ensure quality and improve productivity
• Support in all phases of SDLC and ensure delivery of high-quality products
• Analyse business requirements and design/develop most effective technical solution
• Analyse and troubleshoot application issues in a timely fashion
• Work with other engineers in planning, prioritising and executing assigned tasks within deadlines

x• Work with QA team in preparing test cases and assist in automation

• Mentor other Engineers as and when required
• Assist in maintenances and upgrades of existing software applications
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Assist in technical audits and make sure to implement audit recommendations.

• BTech, BE, BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years experience in web and software development.

• 3+ years of experience with the microservices architecture.
• At least 1 year of experience in leading a team.
• Demonstrated experience in Node, Mongo, Python2/3, Express, ReactJS.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Mocha, Jest, Jasmine etc.
• Experience with asynchronous messaging using RabbitMQ/Apache Kafka.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail.

Design and build applications, bug fixing and improving application performance.

• Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Enforce processes to improve productivity of the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work on continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize

development efficiency.

• You will hold the beacon for development and user experience at a company while helping us scale from 3 million users to 50 million users
• Build performance and effective new features by participating in the overall application lifecycle
• Build modular, reusable, performant, and optimal features both in frontend and backend
• Code, debug, troubleshoot, deliver
• Help maintain and improve existing data structures while planning and implementing new model data structures for scalability
• Continuously improve stability and performance of company’s tech platform
• Be the user’s voice and help make product decisions

• 1 - 4 years experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Proficiency with Nodejs, MongoDB, AWS.
• Proficiency with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, and CSS)
