Game designers create the concepts and worlds of video games. They are involved with the design of the environment, story, characters, objectives and user experience of video games. 

Role and Responsibilities

They may be expected to deliver the following:

• Design and develop the original concept
• Construct level structure
• Storyboard the action of the game
• Conceive every element of the game including rules, setting, objects, vehicles, weapons, flora, fauna, etc, 
• Define user interface, menus and controls
• Generate the Game Design Document (GDD)
• Develop early prototypes
• Decide on the devices and platforms on which the game is played 
• Define the user experience 
• Work with programmers to design the back end of the game
• Research target audience to understand what they want in the game
• Lead the development process
• Produce sound effects, dialogue, musical score, sound mix and sound edit
• Manage quality assurance testing, and follow up on feedback
• Oversee the marketing and distribution roll-out
• Ongoing development and versions of the game

Game Designers should have a solid knowledge of 3D animation, illustration And programming languages.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.

Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.

Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.

Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.

Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.

Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.

Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.

Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.

Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10.

Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

11.

Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:

•

3-15 years in clinical work and / or mental health training

•

Qualification: Msc. Counselling Psychology

Msc. Applied Psychology (any specialization, preferably HR Specialization )

•

Experience in Clinical Practice / Research

•

Exposure to mental health training and created content or training on Mental Health for Adult

•

Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

2. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in C++ programming, specifically in designing and developing buffer systems.
3. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
4. Proficiency in using C++11 or higher versions.
5. Experience with memory management techniques and performance optimization.
6. Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and development tools.
7. Good understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Job Responsibilities

Primary:

• Responsible for security road map for EPDM application
• Train the CI-CD team on the required technologies security adoptation
• Lead the upskill program within the team
• Support Application architect with right inputs on security processes and tools
• Help setup DevSecOps for EPDM.

• Support in defining the Three-tier architecture.

Secondary:

Skills:

Mandatory skill:

• Expert knowledge of container solutions. Must have >3 years of experience working with networking & debugging within Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes workload deployments using Kustomize & Helm.
• Good understanding of Bitnami, Hashicorp and other secrete management tools
• SAST/DAST integration in CI/CD pipeline - design, implementation Expert knowledge of Source Control Systems, build & integration tools (e.g., GIT, Jenkins & Maven).
• Hands-on experience with designing the CI/CD architecture & building pipelines (on On-prem, Cloud & Hybrid infrastructure services).
• Experience with Security log management tools (e.g. Splunk ELK/EFK stack, Azure monitor or similar).
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus-Grafana & Dynatrace.
• Experience with Infrastructure as a Service / Cloud computing (preferably Azure).
• Expert in writing automation scripts in Yaml, Unix shell, linux shell.
