About role:

Experience range: 2 to 5 years

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Work mode: Onsite, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Management & Strategy:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent engagement and high client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with client objectives, ensuring measurable impact.

2. Content Development & Messaging:

• Collaborate with clients to craft compelling key messages and brand narratives tailored to their target audience.
• Develop high-quality content, including press releases, articles, op-eds, and speeches, ensuring alignment with client communication goals.

3. Media Relations & Coverage:

• Build and sustain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across relevant media sectors.
• Secure impactful media coverage through strategic pitching and proactive storytelling.

4. Monitoring, Reporting, & Insights:

• Track media coverage, analyze PR performance, and generate insightful reports.
• Evaluate campaign success through media analytics and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.

5. Team Collaboration & Leadership:

• Oversee and guide junior team members in executing PR activities and client deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of PR campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, or equivalent.
• Desirable qualifications: Work in a PR or media platform handling diverse clients.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists across relevant media outlets.
• Pitch client stories and secure media coverage, ensuring positive visibility for clients in targeted publications.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage; generate regular reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Public relations
• Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in journalism/communication or graduation in arts.
• Compensation: Commensurate with skills and years of experience.
• Desirable qualifications: Work in a PR or media platform handling diverse clients.

Designation: Asst. PR Manager / Manager

Department: Public Relations Team

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Kolkata / Delhi

Qualification: Masters in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in PR (Public Relations) and Communication.

Responsibilities:

1. Proven track record in designing and executing successful public relation campaigns
2. Experience with India’s technology, business and startup media landscape
3. Experience in managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
4. Experience in acting as a company spokesperson, comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews.
5. Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter etc.
6. Experience in Event planning
7. Ability to work well in a startup environment
8. Strong Logical, Analytical Skills and data-driven thinking.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

Salary: Upto 10LPA (Negotiable)
