Job Summary:
As an Oracle HCM Consultant specializing in Learning and Talent Management, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules related to employee development, performance, and learning. You will work closely with HR teams and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Oracle HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
System Implementation & Configuration
- Act as the primary liaison between HR operations and Oracle configuration teams.
- Translate business requirements into system specifications and configuration decisions.
- Configure Talent Management (competency models, performance templates, succession planning).
- Build and manage Learning catalogs, courses, offerings, and learning paths.
Project Management
- Track implementation tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Facilitate status meetings, document decisions, and escalate issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional input during UAT, training, and go-live phases.
Data Management & Integration
- Lead data mapping and transformation efforts from legacy systems.
- Create and validate HDL, FBDI, and spreadsheet loader templates.
- Ensure data quality through validation and cleansing practices.
Testing & Documentation
- Prepare test data and execute test scripts during SIT and UAT.
- Document test outcomes, configuration decisions, and data loads.
- Maintain comprehensive implementation documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Learning and Talent modules.
- Proficiency in HDL, FBDI, Spreadsheet Loader, and Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and Oracle HCM alignment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities within project timelines.

Track and evaluate individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs.
Provide ongoing coaching and development to the team to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Create and implement sales strategies to achieve these goals.
Establish clear sales goals and objectives for the team.

Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Provide feedback from the sales team to other departments to improve products, services, and processes
Maintain relations with the existing clients and ask to upgrade their packages or renewals
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made to clients.
Will be responsible for client retention, per-client revenue optimization & renewals.
Should have effective sales & negotiation ability.
Interacting with vendors for product upload in their respective Domains.
Improve Customer perception and product-wise market share, a good understanding of the technical and market feasibility of the product.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 Months in Online and Concept Sales
Skills: Proficient Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English

Requirements
Required skillset:
