Job Role:

• Identify and contact Hotels/Resorts in the target market.
• Give product demos to Hotel Owners and General Managers.
• Explain how our AI helps hotels save money and improve service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the most effective sourcing approach and plan based on the final requirements, including sourcing platforms, acquisition pitch, acquisition funnel, etc.
• Drive the sourcing efforts and ensure the right quality of candidates are sourced based on the requirements and within the committed timelines.
• Communicate role specifications and terms to the candidates clearly and transparently.
• Drive negotiations with the candidates and help resolve their queries and concerns effectively.
• Communicate any specific requests or modifications required by the candidate to the Engagement Manager proactively.
• Ensure a clear track of progress, transparency, and coordination within the Expert team.
• Screen applicants on call to ensure they meet the necessary technical qualifications and requirements for the respective roles.
• Evaluate candidates' technical skills, knowledge, and abilities based on the job description.
• Provide constructive feedback and maintain detailed records of candidates' technical evaluations, feedback, and assessment outcomes.

• Continuously refine and optimize the technical sourcing process to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.

• Has led engineering teams before with full-stack developers preferably and can contribute to building the team as per requirement

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Learning by setting up the KRA for his/her team: Create a supportive and engaging key result area where the team members are aligned towards their work daily. Foster a sense of community and collaboration among learners.

• Monitor Progress: Tracking the learners' progress and performance, identifying areas where they may need additional support or intervention. Keep detailed records of the team and understand the improvement that needs to be accomplished.

• Communicate Effectively: Maintain regular communication with the team members through various channels such as email, chat, or meetings. Provide timely updates, reminders, and feedback to keep the team informed and motivated towards their work.

• Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with the team to provide a learning experience for learners. Share insights, best practices, and resources to support continuous improvement.

• Escalation Handling: The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the escalations that come up to them proficiently. Managing the blockers will be the sole responsibility of the candidate.

• Project Handling: The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the projects that will be given to them and they also need to be proactive in taking up new projects and completing them within deadlines.

• Stakeholder Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining good relations with the internal stakeholders for the team and the occurring requirements. Reporting to the operations lead and the co-founder to understand the requirements will also be the responsibility of the lead.

What you will do?

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be intrumental in shaping the future of AI assistants for data teams and understand the intricacies of Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize their usage across multiple use cases. Utilizing Django, you'll architect back-end infrastructures optimized for handling data processes and LLM interactions. Your role involves building APIs with the Django Rest Framework. With React, you'll design user-centric interfaces that seamlessly integrate with our AI assistants, ensuring that data teams have an intuitive experience. Working at the forefront of AI revolutions and pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in data management and analysis.

FRONTEND ENGINEER

What you will do here

• Develop user-facing features for our Mobile and Web applications
• Write reusable code and cover it with comprehensive unit tests and integration tests
• Optimize application design and code for performance and scalability
• Maintain build, test, and deployment automation pipelines
• Review technical feasibility of product features and UX designs and provide feedback
• Analyze product feature requirements with the team and decompose them into small, shippable units of work
• Collaborate cross-team with designers and back-end developers

Frontend Engineer Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
• At least 3-6 years experience developing with ReactJS, ReactNative, preferably with TypeScript
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• A deep knowledge of various software testing techniques and experience with test automation
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset

Our tech stack

We built our web application with ReactJS and our mobile apps with ReactNative, using Redux for front-end state management. Everything is written in TypeScript to take advantage of static typing and the preferred language semantics. We’re using Git (BitBucket) for source control and automated pipelines. Our designers use Figma for wireframing and mockups. We deploy to Google Cloud and use a combination of Google Cloud Functions, App Engine, Firebase, and MongoDB for our back-end.
