We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our high-impact engineering team. You will work across the full stack—building scalable, high-performance frontends using Typescript & Next.js and developing robust backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Typescript / Next.js OR Python (FastAPI, Django) — must be familiar with both areas
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. who will play a vital role in developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and high performance. You will contribute towards designing and developing our front-end components on our air quality dashboards, work with large amounts of data and learn to build efficient data systems along with their backend components. Our systems are built on Django and Python. Prior experience here is a prerequisite. 

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development: Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation, testing, and deployment of web applications.
• Front-end and Back-end Development: Utilize your expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (Python ) to create seamless and responsive user interfaces.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• A strong background in Python back-end technologies is essential.
• Knowledge of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
•  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
•  Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.

Critical Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with business analysts/product managers to estimate and design effective, scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business initiatives and objectives
• Develop and design software/platform that meets business requirements and technical design
• Troubleshoot pre- and post-production implementations and Handle the team
• You will provide back-end functionality that can run smoothly from any device or browser type

Critical Skills & Experiences:

• At least 9+ years of experience developing in Java technologies with equivalent experience in systems analysis, OO design, OO programming and debugging skills
• Deep Understanding of Web UI, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery
• Integration with 3^rd party API’s.
• ReactJS – Must (min 7 years exp ) with nodejs.
• At least 9 years of experience in Java Spring Boot Framework development
• 7 years of experience in any Cloud platform, preferably AWS.
• At least 7 years of web services and relational database experience (preferably Mysql)
• At least a year of Elastic search experience
• Experience developing RESTful web services (preferably micro services)
• Experience with UNIX/Linux command line and shell scripting
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams
• Any level of experience with JIRA or any other issue tracking technology
• Experience with Java application profiling and profiling tools
• Bachelor’s degree or the above equivalent skills and years of experience
• Should be able to manage end-to-end single handedly with prior experience
• Full stack developer overall with at least 9yrs experience.

Should be highly Technical and hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning and Python. Managing the successful delivery of projects by efficient planning and coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION :

• Create Technical Design for AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, NLU, NLG projects and implement the same in production.
• Solid understanding and experience of deep learning architectures and algorithms
• Working experience with AWS, most importantly AWS SageMaker, Aurora or MongoDB, Analytics and reporting.
• Experience solving problems in the industry using deep learning methods such as recurrent neural networks (RNN, LSTM), convolutional neural nets, auto-encoders, etc.
• Should have experience of 2-3 production implementations of machine learning projects.
• Knowledge of open-source libraries such as Keras, Tensor Flow, Pytorch
• Work with business analysts/consultants and other necessary teams to create a strong solution
• Should have in-depth understanding and experience of Data Science and Machine Learning projects using Python, R, etc. Skills in Java/C are a plus
• Should developing solutions using python in AI/ML projects
• Should be able to train and build a team of technical developers
• Desired to have experience as leads in designing and developing applications/tools using Microsoft technologies - ASP.Net, C#, HTML5, MVC
• Desired to have knowledge on any of the cloud solutions such as Azure or AWS
• Desired to have knowledge on any of container technology such as Docker
• Should be able to build strong relationships with project stakeholders
