Tech Lead

GreedyGame is looking for a technical lead who would be responsible for leading and supervising a team of engineers as they develop our product/s. He/She would own the vision of the product, and strategize to work on the overall architecture and code. We are ideally looking for someone who aspires to be an engineering manager. Responsibilities - Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration from definition phase through implementation. Own the development lifecycle and be responsible for managing technical risks throughout the project/s. Manage the pace of sprints according to the pace of business Carry out code reviews and suggest better solutions for a scalable architecture Mentor team members and carrying out performance reviews Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and Industry standards. Manage technical resources within budget and project schedule.
