We are a tech venture which provides Product Engineering, QA Automation, Infrastructure, Data, and Market Research services.

Technical Proficiency : 
Must have : 

• Strong development experience in Python in the environment of Unix/Linux/Ubuntu

• Strong practical knowledge of Python and its libraries.

• Current working experience with cloud deployment of AWS/Azure/GCP, Microservice architecture, and Docker in Python.

• Good knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Good Experience of Python with Django/ Scrapy/ Flask frameworks.

• Good Experience in Jupyter/ Docker/ Elastic Search, etc.

• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to drive large-scale projects with a deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration, and leadership.
  
  Good to have : 

• Expected to have migration experience from one version to the other, as this project is about migration to the latest version.

• Preferred if had an OpenEdx platform experience or any LMS platform. 

   

• Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience in web development using core PHP,Wordpress, CodeIgniter etc
• Must have hands-on experience in front-end using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS etc.
• Must have experience with design patters such as RESTful, AJAX, and jQuery
• Experience in building responsive web pages
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Should have working knowledge of MySQL database system
• Should have basic programming skills using object-oriented programming (OOP) languages with in-depth knowledge of common APIs and data structures

Technical:

• Expertise in WordPress customization, development and knowledge of plugins and API integration Should be well versed in WordPress.
• Must have knowledge to create their own theme and able to do customization in existing/premium theme.
• Must have experience of plugin customization and also aware about a new plugin development.
• Must have the Knowledge of existing WordPress’s functions, hooks, plugins.
• Experience in WordPress is mandatory, other Open Sources/frameworks experience would be considered as an added advantage.
• WordPress integration directly from PSD/AI/Sketch would be considered as an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing new features and functionality
• Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
• Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
• Helping to formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.

Basic Qualifications

Candidates for this role must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• At least three years of experience writing production code of increasing complexity
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, complexity analysis, data structures, problem solving, and object-oriented analysis and design
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, C, C++, C#, Ruby, Scala, Python
• Experience refactoring code and evolving architectures
• Experience crafting unit, integration, functional and regression tests

 Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Experience developing in a Linux environment
• Experience applying service-oriented architecture techniques to production use cases
• Experience in developing secure, multi-platform mobile applications

We are looking to hire a talented PHP developer to manage our back-end services and ensure a seamless interchange of data between the server and our users.
