UX Designer

Person should be with degree in B.E/ B. Tech in Mech./ Electronics/ Electrical/ Production with 2-year prior experience in sales. Must have DL can drive his two-wheeler/4 wheeler for a sales call.

Experience in IIOT sales preferred.  

1. Basic understanding of Consultative and technical Sales, and IIoT(Industry 4.0)
2. Sales prospecting in the Manufacturing Industry and prior experience in sales for Industrial consumables/ M/c Tools/ software/ Industrial projects will be preferable.
3. Qualification of the prospects and visit /meeting for Sales Process movement.
4. Coordination with Presale for solutions and technical proposal making.
5. Building and enhancing the Pipeline of Qualified Prospects for Digital Transformation initiatives/ OEE/ CBMS/ Utility monitoring etc.
6. Working and ensuring to achieve revenue targets on a quarterly/yearly basis.
7. Capable of discussing with CXO for Meetings requests for commercial qualification of the opportunity.
8. Open for Travel.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project document

Requirements and skills
Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Designing and developing test automation scripts for a web application (Angular) using test automation guidelines.
2. Performance, Security, Penetration, Vulnerability testing.
3. Build tools and frameworks to aid continuous delivery, deployment, and debugging.
4. Supporting the development team and software engineers during the development and testing phase.
5. Prepare defect reports and report test progress.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Experience in Automation Testing with Cypress, JavaScript, Typescript, or similar end-to-end testing tools.
2. Experience with Regression, Smoke testing, API, and Backend testing.
3. Experience with non-functional testing, performance, vulnerability testing.
4. Excellent knowledge in testing skills (design test plan and test strategy, writing and executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs, etc).
5. A team player, fast learner with good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
