What is the role?
The role will be focused on the frontend in the sales function. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and creating a pipeline for enterprise accounts. This will be an IC and enterprising opportunity, in a start-up environment, so we are looking for a motivated self-starter.

Key Responsibilities
- Nurture relationship with enterprise accounts and grow them with consultative sales approach
- Pitch the company and its products through rigorous prospecting for CXOs
- Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas in prospective companies.
- Upsell and Cross sell basis account mapping and innovate in outbound approach
- Excellent presentation and sound understanding on
- Maintain discipline in CRM update , customer engagement and company policies
What are we looking for?
An enthusiastic individual from SAAS, E-com, Fintech or entrepreneurial background
- 10-12 years of B2B India account management and sales.
- Graduate in any stream or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Have a good knowledge of technology and a detailed understanding of India sales and market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in using tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, etc.
- Be self-motivated, data-driven, and result-oriented.

- Design and implementation of the frontend applications and Mobile apps
- “Pixel-perfect” implementation of our approved user interface
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Break features into simpler granular tasks, estimate effort required, and identify dependencies
- Work with Analyst and back end developers to deliver a seamless user experience
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable code with good test coverage
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use and optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability

Expected Qualifications and Key Skills
- BSc or B.E in Computer Science / Engineering from a tier-1 college in India or abroad
- Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, AJAX, and general web standards
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Proficiency with Git / Version control
B.Tech./MCA
3+ experience as an app developer.
Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, and Cocoa Touch.
Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks such as Core Data and Core Animation.
Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git, and SVN.
Knowledge of C-based libraries.
Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
Experience with continuous integration

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in core Java/J2EE
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Lead mentoring team of 3 to 5 developers
- Strong knowledge of one the web application framework such as Spring, Struts
- Strong knowledge of UI frameworks (AngularJS 2.0/4.0, ReactJS, Javascript, HTML, CSS)
- Strong knowledge of web services (Restful)
- Possess advanced knowledge of object-oriented design, data structure, and data architectures
- Good knowledge of relation database, SQL and ORM
- Curiosity and attention to detail
- Strong communicator with visual, verbal, and writing skills to clearly articulate complex design problems and solutions
