1. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with Academic Advisory Committee and Marketing team members to design and develop comprehensive curriculum for data science programs at undergraduate and graduate levels. Ensure alignment with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science education.
2. Faculty Recruitment and Development: Lead the recruitment, selection, and development of faculty members with expertise in data science. Provide mentorship, support, and professional development opportunities to faculty to enhance teaching effectiveness and academic performance.
3. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust mechanisms for quality assurance and academic oversight. Implement assessment strategies, evaluation criteria, and continuous improvement processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and student outcomes.
4. Student Engagement: Foster a culture of student engagement, innovation, and success. Develop initiatives to support student learning, retention, and career readiness in the field of data science. Provide academic counselling and support services to students as needed.
5. Industry Collaboration: Collaborate with industry partners, employers, and professional organizations to enhance experiential learning opportunities, internships, and job placement prospects for students. Organize industry events, guest lectures, and networking opportunities to facilitate knowledge exchange and industry engagement.
6. Research and Innovation: Encourage research and innovation in data science education. Facilitate faculty research projects, interdisciplinary collaborations, and scholarly activities to advance knowledge and contribute to the academic community.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the academic budget in collaboration with the finance department. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to support academic programs, faculty development, and student services.

• Collaborating with clients or teams to understand design requirements.

Role Overview:

The Frontend Development Intern will help build and refine the UI components for CopilotGTM, especially focusing on interfaces for proposal generation and customer-facing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and product teams to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Assist in developing UI components for proposal creation and sales tool integration.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience.
• Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Familiarity with version control (Git).

Preferred:

• Experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Knowledge of backend APIs and integration workflows.

Backend Engineer (Senior Role 7 Years) - 3 Positions

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sr. backend Engineer to join JiT Finco. As a member of the core technology team, you will be working with the existing product development team and owning a few modules that are critical to our customer journeys.

We are looking for an engineer to join our front-end engineering team who has experience in Python (Django Framework)

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Previous experience 6-8 Yrs working as a Python Developer
• Experience with owning and developing product modules in Django
• In-depth knowledge of Django Framework
• Built RESTful APIs and familiarity with Postman
• Sound familiarity with GitHub
• Exposure to aspects related to product architecture
• Has experience in architecting and building for scale
• Knowledge of AWS, CI/CD pipeline et al
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks
• Familiarity with Celery would be an added advantage
• Experience with Agile development
• You write clean, concise, self-documenting code that both you and your team can still understand a year after. You test everything.
• You already master a few scripting languages, or easily find your way around a new one. You enjoy picking up new things and incorporating those in your skillset.
