Fullstack Developer

We are looking for a strong Mobile Engineer with backend exposure who can own end-to-end feature development. This is a mobile-heavy fullstack role where you will primarily build scalable mobile applications while contributing to backend services and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality mobile applications (primary focus)
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end-to-end
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of mobile apps
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

Must Have Skills

• Strong experience in mobile development (Flutter / React Native / iOS / Android)
• Solid understanding of backend development (Node.js / Java / Python / Go)
• Experience with API design, microservices, and databases
• Good understanding of system design and app performance optimization
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

Good to Have

• Experience working in startup environments
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of real-time systems or scalable architectures

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of backend development experience in scalable web applications.
• Strong expertise in Python, Django ORM, and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL databases
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with multiple priorities.
• Understanding of cloud-native architectures and SaaS models.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage highly trafficked, highly scalable web properties with PHP5 using Laravel/ZEND CodeIgniter/Yii/Symfony framework.
• Understand the specifications to define system requirements.
• Collaborate and communicate project updates and progress to team members and clients.
• Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document and deploy changes to the system.

-Must have experience in core Php.

-Proficiency in Php and Php based MVC frameworks like laravel.

-Good knowledge of the OOPs concepts

-Development of Php based web application

-Development of Php based APIs

-Contribute to a backend web application with clean, portable, well-documented code

-Work closely with a team to ensure the successful front end

-Taking static HTML/CSS frontend code and integrating with custom Php website and web app

-On time delivery of the projects

Ideal skills:

1) 2-5 years of professional JavaScript development experience

2) Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

3) Comfortable working through the entire stack from the user interface through systems levels

4) Understanding accessibility and security compliance

5) Strong Logical and Analytical Skills

6) Experience in consuming web services (REST) and processing data (JSON)

7) Experience with SQLite, NoSQL, Redis or other databases

8) Proven experience in building API services using NodeJS Express and related frameworks

In depth knowledge of all of the above is not mandatory but the nature of the work will involve learning and getting involved with all of the above. You would be working directly with key members of the management team to define and drive technical strategy.
