Job Description - Jasper 

• Knowledge of Jasper report server administration, installation and configuration
• Knowledge of report deployment and configuration
• Knowledge of Jaspersoft Architecture and Deployment
• Knowledge of User Management in Jaspersoft Server
• Experience in developing Complex Reports using Jaspersoft Server and Jaspersoft Studio
• Understand the Overall architecture of Jaspersoft BI
• Experience in creating Ad Hoc Reports, OLAP, Views, Domains
• Experience in report server (Jaspersoft) integration with web application
• Experience in JasperReports Server web services API and Jaspersoft Visualise.JS Web service API
• Experience in creating dashboards with visualizations
• Experience in security and auditing, metadata layer
• Experience in Interacting with stakeholders for requirement gathering and Analysis
• Good knowledge ETL design and development, logical and physical data modeling (relational and dimensional)
• Strong self- initiative to strive for both personal & technical excellence.
• Coordinate efforts across Product development team and Business Analyst team.
• Strong business and data analysis skills.
• Domain knowledge of Healthcare an advantage.
• Should be strong on Co- ordinate with onshore resources on development.
• Data oriented professional with good communications skills and should have a great eye for detail.
• Interpret data, analyze results and provide insightful inferences
• Maintain relationship with Business Intelligence stakeholders
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills 

This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the BYJU's unique way of learning in your city. Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJU's unique way of learning and convert them into premium subscribers in your designated zones.

working days : 5 days (wednesday - sunday)

weekoff : 2 days (Monday - Tuesday )

Applicant Trainee - 37,500 Rs stipend 

Business Development Assoicate (BDA) - 10 LPA package 

Location : Chandigarh , Jalandar, Ludhiana 

Must have requirements:

1. Should be a graduate (any graduate is okay).
2. Should be passionate about sales.
3. Any masters distance eligible 
4. Age not more than 29 
5. If video interview done than should be completed with 90 days .

Job Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs.
• Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements.
• Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals.
• Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills, training and education, and inform them of the positions duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions.
• Analyze employment data related to the position and create reports based on your findings.
• Contact applicants to inform them of their application statuses and conduct background or reference checks on job applicants, particularly those who will be given job offers.

Having experience with Banking & Finance clietnts

Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems.
Hiring candidates for US Clients .
Postings vacancies on portals and Networking within time frame.
Screening candidate as per required details, matching IT resources.
Based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of Resources.
