About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Automation and Data Analytics Specialist, someone who is not only adept in marketing automation/operation but also possesses a keen expertise in data analytics and visualization. This role is tailor-made for individuals who are proficient with tools like Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Pardot, and Power BI.

As our Marketing Automation and Data Analytics Specialist, your responsibilities will span across managing and optimizing marketing automation systems and overseeing the migration and enhancement of data systems and dashboards. You will play a pivotal role in blending marketing strategies with data analytics, ensuring the creation of visually appealing and effective reports and dashboards. Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize marketing automation systems (Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Pardot) to map and improve business processes.
• Develop, audit, and enhance data systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in marketing efforts.
• Build and migrate interactive, visually appealing dashboards and reports.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics for marketing efforts, database health, lead scoring, and dashboard performance.
• Handle technical aspects of key marketing systems and integrate them with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Review and improve existing SQL data sources for effective integration and analytics.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and analytics teams to define requirements, establish best practices, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure all marketing data, dashboards, and reports are accurate and effectively meet business needs.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with marketing automation systems and data analytics tools like Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Pardot and Power Bi .

• Knowledge of ABM and Intent Signaling technologies is a plus.

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist our Growth Strategists in analyzing the results of A/B experiments.
• Analysis on customer engagement rates, customer acquisition projects ( ex. Churn rate prediction, Attribution etc. )
• Analyse marketing channel performance and Deep-dive reports to stakeholders and Management
• Building statistical experimentation templates for faster A/B outputs
• Work on forecasting models and assisting senior Management in creating frameworks on growth models

• Local implementation of marketing analytics projects related to improving marketing channels effectiveness, customer segmentation, campaign optimization, etc
• Monitor campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs), be fully aware of trends and analytics, success and risks in order to achieve business objectives.

• Communicate complex ideas into understandable reports/documentation and this will include leveraging on leading software tools such as Tableau.
  
  

Your Know-Know

• 3-5 years of experience in strategy / consulting / analytical / project management roles; experience in e-commerce, Start-ups or Unicorns(CARS24,OLA,SWIGGY,FLIPKART,OYO) or entrepreneur experience preferred + At Least 2 years of experience leading a team
• Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college (IIM / IIT/ NIT)
• Must have SQL/PostgreSQL/Tableau Experience. 
• Added advantage: Experience with Google Analytics, CRM (MoEngage, Braze,Leanplum).
• Preferred knowledge of statistical computer languages (Python / R, etc). 
• Analytical mindset with ability to present data in a structured and informative way
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can align business objectives with product priorities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
2. Design and develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
3. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in the reports by working closely with data engineers and data architects.
4. Optimize and streamline existing Power BI reports and dashboards for better performance and user experience.
5. Develop and maintain data models and data connections to various data sources, ensuring seamless data integration.
6. Implement security measures and data access controls to protect sensitive information in Power BI reports.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, data refresh, and connectivity problems.
8. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and capabilities, and evaluate their potential use in improving existing solutions.
9. Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to promote self-service BI capabilities and enable them to create their own reports.
10. Collaborate with the wider data and analytics team to identify opportunities for using Power BI to enhance business processes and decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous Power BI projects.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and M (Power Query) to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
4. Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles to create engaging and intuitive dashboards.
5. Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and database design concepts.
6. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
7. Ability to work with various data sources, including relational databases, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues in Power BI reports.
9. Familiarity with data security and governance practices in the context of Power BI development.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
11. Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.

•Design, development, support and maintain automated business intelligence products in Tableau.

Desired Candidate Profile:

•6-10 years of programming experience and a demonstrated proficiency in Experience with Tableau Certifications in Tableau is highly preferred.

•Ability to architect and scope complex projects.

•Strong understanding of SQL and basic understanding of programming languages; experience with SAQL, SOQL, Python, or R a plus.

•Applied experience in Agile development processes (SCRUM)

•Ability to independently learn new technologies.

•Ability to show initiative and work independently with minimal direction.

•Presentation skills – demonstrated ability to simplify complex situations and ideas and distill them into compelling and effective written and oral presentations.

Job Description  

Data Analyst responsible for storage, data enrichment, data transformation, data gathering based on data requests, testing and maintaining data pipelines. 

Responsibilities and Duties  

• Managing end to end data pipeline from data source to visualization layer 
• Ensure data integrity; Ability to pre-empt data errors 
• Organized managing and storage of data 
• Provide quality assurance of data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
