Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews.
A successful recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, remains up-to-date with employment legislation, and keeps informed in company hiring and internship programs. A good recruiter can assess candidates' skills, experience and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable the selection of quality talent for open positions.
• Manage enterprise accounts for monthly business
• Manage vendors, recruiters, and internal stakeholders to hit the numbers
• Ensure all the recruitment in accordance with recruitment policy.
• Involved in end-to-end selection procedure
• Preliminary screening of the candidates.
• Negotiation with the selected candidates on the Salary.
Candidate need to have:-
• Building the pipelines of Talent Pool - eg. Education institutes, allied industries, target companies and internal database.
• Working on TAT; closure of open positions within timelines.
• Maintaining the MIS for tracking the exact status of all open positions ensuring effective TAT Management and being focussed.
•Doing the screening of all the candidates thoroughly to ensure that the Best fit is identified for the role.
• Effective Coordination with the Functional Heads for the closure of the open positions.
• Ensuring that all the set criterias are met for the Role including the shortlisting parameters, relevant experience in handling the role as per job description.
• Keeping all the documentation in place for all the open positions namely - Manpower Requisition Form, Interview Aplication Form, Interview Assessment Form, Reference Check Form, Offer Letter Acceptance, Accepted Resignation from previous employer and confirmation of date of joining.
• Regular Warm up calls to the offered candidates to ensure the joining as agreed at the time of offer and avoid last minute offer drops.
• Issuing the appointment letter on the date of joining.
• Sharing and explaining the KRA to the new joiners. • Timely feedback of performance from the Reporting Manager of the new joiners in the initial months / probation period to ensure quality hiring.

As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from role
definition to on-boarding for entry to leadership hiring across India. You will partner with the business and

Managing Applicant tracking system data integrity and accuracy
Advising the Talent Manager on changing trends in the Indian Talent Market to be able to share talent
insights.
Working along with the leadership team to design and deliver cutting edge recruitment campaigns, process
improvements & tech in recruitment.
Create and implement innovative and out of the box sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best
talent in Unilever.

Being involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling follow-up, and joining
Sourcing from job portals, databases, references, and other sources
Validating the resumes based on checklists
