We're now hiring our first Product GTM Associate to help us test messaging, automate outreach, and tell stories that resonate with the field — Project Managers, Estimators, and Construction Executives.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Run cold outreach on Smartlead, Clay, LinkedIn & email — messaging that feels personal, not spammy
• Create story-first content — short, clear, and built around the voice of construction professionals
• Own and test GTM motion: ICP → Copy → Campaign → Learn → Iterate
• Work with tools like Zapier, Notion, Clay, Airtable, and V0.dev to automate and scale growth loops
• Partner with the founding team to experiment with GTM channels, offers, and narratives

🎯 Who You Are

• 0–1 year of experience in product marketing, GTM, SaaS growth, or founder-led outreach
• Technical background (CS, Engineering, Data) — you’re hands-on with tools and learn fast
• Clear writer — you don’t fluff, you clarify. Bonus if you’ve published before (LinkedIn, blog, etc.)
• Curious and iterative — you love launching small experiments and learning what works
• You care about the product, not just the metrics. You want to understand the user and the job to be done

Role: Machine Learning Engineer

Employment Type: Permanent with VDart Digital

Work Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning workflows from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Develop, train, and fine-tune supervised and unsupervised ML models for business applications.
• Translate complex business problems into ML-based solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Build and automate model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver production-grade models.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed models.
• Monitor model accuracy, drift, and performance, and manage continuous improvement cycles.
• Document ML experiments, workflows, and results for reproducibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models end-to-end.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Good understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and model versioning.
• Experience in deploying ML solutions using APIs, containers, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience delivering real-world ML use cases such as classification, regression, forecasting, or recommendation systems.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to automation frameworks or ML pipeline tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, etc.).
• Familiarity with data versioning and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of data governance and model lifecycle management.

• Complex Product Design Experience: Minimum of 3 years working on complex web or mobile applications (B2B or niche B2C products like loan or healthcare apps), with a strong portfolio that highlights your approach to UX problem-solving.
• Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to tackle design challenges, paired with innovative and actionable solutions.

What You Will Do:

• End-to-End Design Execution: Lead and execute all stages of the design process, from wireframes to visual design, across complex B2B and niche B2C applications (web and mobile).
• Prototyping & Specifications: Develop high-quality design prototypes that reflect deep user insights, solving complex UX challenges specific to our clients’ industries.
• Review & Feedback: Critically evaluate wireframes, user flows, and visual designs, ensuring they meet both ProCreator’s high standards and client expectations.
• Design Systems & Problem-Solving: Establish and maintain scalable design systems while proactively troubleshooting UX issues in products with advanced functionality.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, ensuring their growth and the delivery of high-quality output across projects. Lead by example in refining UX processes and contributing to our continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• UX Methodologies: Mastery in research, persona development, wireframing, prototyping, and iterative design, particularly in complex, multi-step workflows.
• Design Expertise: Ability to translate complex user journeys into intuitive UI designs, while maintaining a deep understanding of modern UI/UX principles.
• Design Systems: Extensive experience in building design systems for complex B2B and B2C applications, especially for web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in Figma is essential.
• Platform Experience: Demonstrated success in designing web applications and mobile platforms (iOS and Android) with a portfolio that showcases successful projects across these platforms.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively to both internal teams and clients.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire junior designers, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with motion design or prototyping tools like After Effects and ProtoPie is a plus.
