Job Overview:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Presales Associates to join our US Shift team. You’ll be the first point of contact for leads from the U.S., guiding them through the initial steps of their learning journey with Bhanzu. This role is remote and night shift only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to warm U.S.-based leads and respond to callback requests
• Engage prospects via WhatsApp and email
• Explain Bhanzu’s math learning programs clearly and effectively
• Encourage leads to book and attend free trial classes
• Maintain and update lead status accurately in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handovers and follow-ups

As a Software Engineer - Frontend you’ll be part of the Frontend team, implementing beautiful web designs made by our designers to keep both our site and the internal web-based tools we use fresh and up to date on top of working on new projects alongside this, there is always something new and interesting to work on. 

Your Team Mates

The frontend team consists of both our frontend developers and designers, we work closely with all parts of the business to create tools that vary across the whole company, from the publishing team to create a portal for people to submit games, the marketing team on things like our website, all the way to our internal teams for things like administration and analytics.

What Does The Job Actually Involve?

• Implementing designs for our website/web tools created by our design team

• Create and update interactive interfaces used throughout the company

Your Hard Skills

• Minimum 2 years browser-based programming experience

• A proven track record of programming high quality and innovative web pages using Javascript, HTML5 & CSS3 and relevant frameworks (ideally ReactJS but could also be others e.g. AngularJS, NodeJS, Handlebars, jquery, gulp)

Job Profile:

We are looking for a Senior UX designer to join the Product Experience team assisting in research, design, and development of an innovative user-need based, engaging, and intuitive online SaaS platform. Work with real customers of the SaaS platform to better the design and advocate for users’ needs.

Typical work week look like:

• Ideation and Brainstorming- Brainstorming and designing new features for our SaaS platform based on research, tech requirements, and feature requests. Lots of white-boarding, paper scribbles, and ideas!

• Dev Support- Communicating with web developers, including providing input on any needed digital enhancements

• Manage the Brand Guidelines and Visuals- Designing and managing the information architecture for the marketing website and product, drafting information flows and designing wireframes, mockups and prototypes. Our ideal candidate should have:

• 4+ years of work experience in designing digital products or experiences

• Relevant Degree/Diploma or experience/certification in Product or Experience design

• Great understanding of user-centric design, responsive design and designing for web

• Good communication skills

• Software skills - Adobe CC or similar. Any tool you are comfortable with to design and prototype.

• Any experience in digital marketing is a plus.
