Job Title: Application Development Executive

The Roles & Responsibilities are:

● New product development- idea generation/product trials with our ingredient portfolio.

● Formulating the recipes and coordinating with the sales team for promotions.

● Preparation of samples for event participations.

● Reviewing of Food Safety Management System documents and all amendments with the Food Safety team.

● Handling all Lab instruments and Lab documents.

● Monitoring Food Safety Practices in the lab.

● Well-versed with FSSAI regulations.

● Developing marketing flyers based on trials conducted to be posted by the digital marketing team.

Skills Set/Area of Expertise:

● Hands-on experience with food application using ingredients such as Starches, Proteins, flavors, emulsifiers, Gums etc

● Enthusiastic, dedicated, and proactive professional with expertise in Recipe and product standardization.

● Sound analytical & problem-solving skills & growth mindset.

● Proficient in new product development.

● Can work independently.

● Strong communicator. Condition: Candidate should be willing to travel in remote areas along with the marketing officer for customer trials (if requested).

Education Required:

● B.Tech or MTech Food Technology or equivalent degree.

Experience:

● 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in application in food industries such as bakery, confectionery, dairy, Nutritional supplements, etc preferably in a B2B environment.

Experience in TeleSales, Telemarketing, B2B Sales, B2C Sales.

• Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns and developing standard operating procedures.

TechUnity is looking for a highly motivated and skilled React JS / React Native software developer who is comfortable with both front and back-end programming. Developer will be designing and implementing attractive and intuitive Web-based user interface and developing backend services to support front-end requests. Developer will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Highly experienced in Embedded C, C++ coding as per MISRA standards
• Experience in firmware programming for 8 bit, 16 bit and 32 bit controllers.
• Knowledgeable in Linker Scripts, Make files & firmware debugging using JTAG or on the UART console. 
• Experienced in Communication peripherals like SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, etc.

• Ideation, designing, prototyping, and developing as per product requirements.

• Expertise in system architecture and design for Embedded software systems.
• Develop modular Embedded Code to port into different projects.
• Experience on Real Time Systems and Scheduling mechanisms
• Development experience in "middleware" / “application” / Low layer.
• Experience with developing embedded code for networking technologies like TCP/IP and UDP would be a plus.
• Document state machine diagrams, flow charts to understand the system architecture
• Working closely with Design teams to understand Hardware Implementation.
• Develop Test methods, in some cases automated test cases to test the firmware code and support hardware engineers.
• Use Debuggers, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and other necessary electrical tools to debug the code for problem-solving.
• Excellent reading skills for complete understanding of technical documents such as Processor Architecture Specifications and MCU hardware manuals, schematics etc.
• Ability to generate ideas in response to complex issues and execute on solutions.
• Python programming is a big plus.

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
• Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
• Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
• Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
• Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

1.    Perform R&D in computer graphics and video contents editing. Help to develop new video editing/processing algorithms for our video and live streaming pipeline. Follow up state-of-art work in related fields and keep improving overall performance of our products. 

2.    Research and optimize algorithms/strategies of short video and streamed video coding.

3.    Research and develop practical image enhancing algorithms. Follow up state-of-art work in related fields and keep improving overall performance of our video systems.
