• Taking care of all statutory compliances in the organization (Application of licenses, renewal of licenses, filing of returns)

What you must have:

·      7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

·      7+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Hooks, etc.).

·      Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

·      Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integration.

·      Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).

·      Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and React Query.

·      Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

·      Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).

·      Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).

• Being involved in various day-to-day activities such as order punching, order processing, shipping plans, order tracking, sharing delivery status etc. and also handling any order issues
• Answering customer queries on information including but not limited to, order status, shipment dates etc.
• Responding to customers in a courteous and timely manner
• Ensuring the terms and conditions while managing various customer orders from processing to delivery
• Updating and maintaining relevant data and reporting the same to the company in regular intervals

What you must have:

• Graduation is a must
• 3– 4 years of relevant work experience in customer service– order management role
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Good knowledge as well as work experience in using SAP
• Good in MS Word, MS Excel and email writing

Experience with client side Web technologies/frameworks such as Angular.js 1.x, React.js, Backbone, KnockoutJS, Bootstrap Experience with AngularJS 2+ is a strong plus.

• Good to have knowledge of Angular JS.
• Must have worked on database like SQL Server/ MySQL.
• Working knowledge on google maps API or GIS would be an added advantage.

• 5-7 years of IT experience. B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science/ IT or MCA would be preferred.
