Role – Assistant Manager for Accounts and Finance

1. Responsible for handling Accounts, Taxation and compliance functions.
2. Taking care of monthly book closer and preparation of monthly/quarterly financial
statements.
3.  Responsible for all Direct and Indirect tax compliances and labor compliances including
returns and coordination with vendors (i.e  Taking care of monthly and quarterly compliances
such as GST, TDS,PF, ESI and PT payments and returns)
4. Responsible for the completion of internal and external audits in a given time by coordinating with
auditors.
5. Preparation of annual financial statements
6. Good knowledge on all the accounting standards.

Responsibilities: • Learn & understand our products and our prospective clients well. • Understand customer pain points, requirements and correlate StoryXpress solutions and customer requirements. • Source new sales opportunities through outbound reach, cold emails, skype chats or phone calls or anything to reach out to prospective customers. • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries. • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence. • Execute planned sales activities and develop a target list of high potential new customers. • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services. • Achieve monthly & quarterly quotas. • Perform effective online demos to prospects. • Manage customer queries on Intercom and email. Requirements: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence. • Ability to make focused efforts to close deals. The ideal candidate should be strategy driven with a research-based approach. • Proven sales development experience, preferably at an Internet startup or SaaS industry. • Track record of over-achieving quota. • Savvy with LinkedIn sales navigator, and CRM tools. • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively

• Support the transition by planning and overseeing the transfer of members from one location to another, including but not limited to operational readiness, support documentation, knowledge transfer and acceptance checklists

• Support in establishing transition end to end plans including infrastructure support models, change management, risk assessment and mitigation, resource planning and service management with clear tollgates

• 3+ years of experience transitioning / offshoring / outsourcing projects / functions across sub processes such as Biostatistics, reg. affairs, clinical ops, drug safety, medical Governance, strategy and planning, pharma covigilance
• Good exposure in previous roles to multi-cultural, transversal functions
• Pharma background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in different project phases
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
