RSA Identity Lifecycle RSA Identity Governance Aveksa Compliance Manager Aveksa Role Manager • Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experience • Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic, JBOSS, Tomcat, Glassfish or IBM WebSphere • Experience with one or more directories such as DSEE, Oracle Internet Directory / Oracle Unified Directory / Microsoft LDAP / Novell directory • Experience with one or more databases such as Oracle, IBM and MS SQL etc. • Familiarity with: major operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Unix; mainframe security packages such as TopSecret, ACF2 and RACF; and/or leading packaged application solutions for ERP systems, Active Directory, Exchange, CRM systems or portals • Working knowledge of virtual directories such as Oracle Virtual Directory, Radiant Logic and OctetString. Familiarity with federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS-Federation, OpenID, OAuth and WS-Security • Experience managing projects through the full system development lifecycle • Familiarity with development tools such as Eclipse, JDeveloper, Visual Studio and SQL Developer. • 1- 1.5 years’ experience with at least one of the following development environments/languages: J2EE, Java, C/C++, .NET, C# or PL/SQL. Functional Skills: 1. Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans. 2. Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating those into system requirements 3. Experience facilitating business process design as it relates to managing identities and access privileges. 4. Experience developing identity management governance plans 5. Understanding of current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance.
