What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of testing and automation experience.
• Experience with the following coding languages: Java or Python.
• Experience with test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debugging.
• Experience in creating test strategy - Functional, Non-Functional, Analytics and automation.

          Hands-on experience for UI automation using Selenium and Appium.

• Automation experience for REST-based web services using Java, TestNG, Maven, HTTPClient, REST assured, etc.
• Good to have load test experience using Jmeter/Gatling/ Any other tool.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Preferred Skillsets:

1. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.

2. Hands-on experience with Excel.

3. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Customers and team members.

4. Logical reasoning and problem-solving capability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.

6. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

8. Time management and organizational skills.

9. Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.

2. Analyze financial data identify discrepancies or anomalies, and investigate the root causes.

3. Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation of reconciliation activities.

4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to account reconciliation.

• Understand platform requirements & coordinate with the development agency for smooth development of our platform
• Make incremental design or developmental changes on the platform on a regular basis
• Ideate & develop new features on our platform
• Conduct regular testing of website performance & fixing bugs (either through agency or by self, whatever applicable)
• Work with UI/UX designer to implement design systems & user experiences

• Proven experience of 2-3 years as a full-stack developer or similar roles
• Experience in developing scalable desktop and mobile applications
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Hands on experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache)

Requirements:

• 3 -7 years of software development experience.
• Good grasp on programming fundamentals including OOP, Design Patterns and Data Structures.
• Excellent analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
• Software Development Engineer.
• Good understanding of complexities involved in designing/developing large scale systems.
• Strong system design skills.
• Experience in technologies like Elasticsearch, Redis, Kafka etc.
• Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with common machine learning algorithms. In-depth knowledge is a plus.
• Experience of working with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Hive is a big plus.
• Ability to understand business requirements and take ownership of the work.
• Exhibit passion and enthusiasm for building and maintaining large scale platforms.

• Expertise in Javascript, JQuery, W3 CSS, CSS3, HTML5
• Deep understanding of client-side, frameworks such as React.js, Redux & Hooks
• Performance optimization techniques for the web and mobile web
• Expertise in Integrating and maintaining RESTful Web-Services
• Good understanding of AJAX, asynchronous request handling, partial page updates
• Good understanding of Virtual DOM, Data structure, and data manipulation
• Deep understanding of UX principles & building GUI
• Basic knowledge of version control system like Git / Mercurial / Bitbucket
• Writes clean, readable, and maintainable code
