Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 4 Years

CTC: ₹5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion
• Develop mood boards, concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors

Customer Relationship Executive – Outbound

CTC: ₹26,000 per month

In-Hand: ₹22,000 per month

About the Process

The Wealth Mutual Fund outbound process involves engaging with customers to promote Mutual Fund products, explain portfolio options, drive conversions, and support customers throughout their wealth-related journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to explain Mutual Fund offerings under the Wealth portfolio.
• Understand customer investment goals and align suitable Mutual Fund products accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
• Deliver high-quality sales pitches and handle customer objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up records.
• Meet sales, productivity, and call quality targets consistently.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory norms, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months – 1 year of experience in an outbound calling or sales process is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to drive sales through advisory-based conversations.
• Good understanding of Wealth / Mutual Fund processes is preferred.
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
