Job Summary:

Telebu Communications is hiring three (3) Technical Support Engineers (L1/L2) to join our night shift support team. The ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of experience in application support, with a solid understanding of system administration basics. This is a full-time, office-based role in Hyderabad, involving rotational shifts including weekends, aligned to US hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 support for enterprise applications, ensuring smooth performance and minimal downtime.
• Respond to user queries and technical issues via tickets, calls, or chats within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot application-level errors, configuration issues, login/access problems, and usage concerns.
• Monitor system alerts, logs, and performance dashboards to proactively identify issues.
• Perform routine health checks and validation for applications and basic infrastructure.
• Support incident and change management processes; document RCA and resolution steps.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams for issue escalation and resolution.
• Perform basic server-level troubleshooting, user access control, and patch deployments.
• Maintain internal knowledge base, documentation, and SOPs for recurring support tasks.
• Assist with deployments, updates, and minor configuration changes during off-hours.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in application support (L1/L2).
• Good troubleshooting skills for web-based applications and enterprise tools.
• Basic understanding of system administration (Windows/Linux environments).
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk).
• Basic networking and DB support knowledge (e.g., ability to run queries, take backups).
• Clear communication skills for effective issue resolution and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage priorities, handle pressure, and work independently during night shifts.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in production support for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Nagios, CloudWatch).
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst – Data Scientist (DA-DS) to join our team. This hybrid role involves analyzing large datasets to extract insights, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights using statistical techniques, data visualization, and machine learning tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of companies in key partner institutes
• Own the entire process of onboarding a partner institute
• Define custom made' offerings for the parents of a particular institute
• Single point of contact between the company institute partnerships team, institute management and companies inside sales team
• Account management: Be responsible for anything and everything' in the partner institutes

Requirements:

• Degree from top tier colleges (IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS etc. ) and 2-6 years of experience in project management, product development, growth, new initiatives at top startups
• Track record of out performance / over-achieving targets in previous work places
• Experience in leading initiatives and delivering results in a time-bound manner
• Prior experience in early stage startups or as a founder is a huge plus
• Prior exposure to B2C or understanding of financial services is a plus

• Sr PHP Dev:
•  - 6+ years of Exp
• - Good knowledge of Symfony 5
• - Expert in PHP 8
• - Good front-end knowledge of Angular, React
• - Good AWS knowledge
• - Experience in developing highly scalable public-facing websites

JD:

- 12 + Yrs of total experience along with knowledge and hands-on experience in MERN (Mongo db, Express js, React js and Node js) stack.

- Experience to unblocking and helping technical teams.

- Experience in application architecture design and development

- Expertise in designing scalable applications.

- Experience in working on deployments, cloud infra and CI/CD.

- Full stack development experience 

- Hands on experience in MERN stack.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors/Masters' degree in related field
