Looking For a Business Development Associate (Desk Job | Hot Leads | No Field Work)

Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team in a full-time desk-based role. This is not a field job. You will be working with a steady flow of hot leads and converting them through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in spoken English
• Previous experience in sales or telecalling
• Ability to engage customers and close deals over the phone

• Lead and manage the SEO team to deliver results aligned with client goals.
• Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored SEO solutions.
• Conduct in-depth online research to identify potential clients and collect contact data for outreach.
• Develop and implement robust on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Optimize content, websites, and landing pages for search engine visibility and performance.
• Continuously discover and optimize for high-performing keywords. Build and maintain high-quality, natural backlinks to improve search rankings and domain authority.
• Analyze competitor websites and digital strategies to identify SEO growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with the graphics, content, and SEO teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for articles and blog posts to support organic growth.
• Monitor and evaluate search engine performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with web developers and the broader marketing team to implement SEO best practices.

5)Good experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Jquery 

6) Experience working in an Agile environment. 

7) Good communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation is a must. A Master's in HR is preferred
• Relevant work experience of 4-6 years in HR & TA. Prior experience in handling employees in a warehouse is desirable
• Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite & HR Matrice

• Systems: Software Design, Database Design , Magento/eCommerce, PWA
• Role: Will be responsible for design and integration of eCommerce Systems, external integrating systems and new customer touch point like WA Shop, Chat Bots, Social Commerce and Design of eCommerce backend, OMS
• Education : B.Tech – CSE, premier Engineering Institute
• Experience : 5-7 Years, High transactional website, multiple system integration, AWS, Middleware and MySQL, MongoDB, Restful API. Team player, Passion for Coding. Exposure to Magento eCommerce system design and database is desirable

Job Description:

To ensure correct accounting of revenue. Manage end to end order to cash accounting
including but not limited to billing and accounting treatment of revenues, customer
master data, collections accounting, bad debt provisioning, debtor ageing.
 Reconciliation of collections with the revenue master data and identifying exceptions
therein for the resolutions after discussions with ops teams;
 Strong reconciliation abilities and extraction of data from various files for finalization of
revenue;
 Posting sales entries in the Accounting system to ensure all are captured and
appropriately recognized for reporting;
 Perform periodical Balance sheet reconciliation of control accounts, bank accounts and
all asset /debtor accounts;
 Liaison with other Finance team members to ensure the integrity of accounts;
 Ensure all collected payments are presented for posting within collection deadlines;
 Debtors ageing and follow ups with the clients for timely collections;
 Keeping a track of cash inflow and revenue projections.
 Ensure closure of operational/month-end activities including data inputs for the MIS
preparation within strict timeframes;
 Liasioning with the banks for the cash management and reconciliations on timely basis;
 Accounting of all the bank transactions on a daily basis for reconciliation of accounts and
investments made by the company.

Education:

• Semi-Qualified CA/ MBA/ M.Com with atleast 3-4 years of experience (excluding training period) working in receivables department of a company (e-commerce company preferably); B.Com with 5-7 year experience.
• Proficient in Tally accounting and cost centre accounting;
• Must be strong in MS Office (Including MS Word, Excel with advanced skills);
• Quick learner and ability to deliver on time.
