Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of digital assets, including but not limited to website graphics, social media posts, marketing materials, and corporate branding elements for Global Customers.
• Utilize a variety of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva to create high-quality, visually engaging designs.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously bring fresh perspectives to our design projects.
• Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the evolution of our brand’s visual language.
• Assist in the creation of design guidelines and standards to maintain a consistent brand identity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with graphic design, including a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with team members across different departments.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.

1. Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts and visual solutions.

2. Work with our draping software to create virtual draping experiences for our customers.

3. Assist in creating textile patterns and designs for our products.

4. Assist in video editing and video-making tasks to produce engaging promotional content for our brand

5. Apply your knowledge of digital marketing and Instagram marketing to strategize and execute effective social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

6. Embrace design thinking principles to solve complex creative challenges and contribute innovative ideas to our design process.

7 Utilize Canva to develop aesthetically pleasing and visually appealing graphics for our online platforms and marketing materials.

Roles & Responsibilities

• The role will involve creating and iterating digital products along with the various product teams. No mundane DTP work. The design team is clearly positioned as the voice of the customers.

Ideal Candidate

Along with Design (UX/UI), you need to possess at least 2 of the following skills:

• UX research
• Art and illustration
• Design strategy / Business analysis
• Motion/interaction design
• UX writing
• Front-end development

Educational Requirements

• Must possess a diploma/degree/certificate in graphic design / fine art/interface design from a recognized school, institute, or academy (NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy)

Experience:  5+ years, Proven experience with UI / UX / Graphic design with a portfolio of sample projects

Responsibilities:

• Develop standard UI components and style guides
• Build wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize the design
• Define visual elements, product elements, and overall design
• Taking design briefs to understand requirements
• Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders
• Create and implement interaction models and user interface specifications
• Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs, and emerging technologies
• Conduct, observe, and analyze usability testing sessions
• Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites
• Develop consistent, intuitive architectures
• Support the QA team to make sure features are implemented in the coded version as intended
• Determine timeline and deliverables
• Evaluate and set best practices and standards
• Work with UI managers and team to define user flows and sitemaps
• Measure the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
• Collaborate on scenarios, end-to-end experiences, and screen designs
• Work with frontend and backend developers as needed.
