How does your day looks like at Datazoic ?

1. Work with our Product team to support ongoing implementations.

2. Debug production issues and assist Dev Ops or Service Desk teams by fixing or suggesting work arounds.

3. To interact with end users on technical issues.

4. Work on a shift basis supporting clients.

5. Work with and under the direction of the manager/Sr. Developer to analyze and fix modules and enhance existing modules of the product. 6. Provide technical support and work with the implementation team to deploy and configure the product.

7. Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation of the product.

What are we looking for?

1. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Java/SQL/JavaScript/jQuery/HTML5/CSS

2. Strong Logical Reasoning Skills (Mandatory)

3. Basic Knowledge of any web server (Apache / IIS / Tomcat)

4. Strong fundamentals in object-oriented concepts and hands-on experience in design and development of object-oriented applications

5. Strong desire to learn new functional areas and involve in the overall growth of the product.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

7. Showcasing high level of learning interest

8. Flexibility to work the night shift.

Job Summary

Analyzes users' requests/issues to troubleshoot and suggest workarounds/solutionsfor customers

Monitor daily application feeds and proactively engage with the Engineering team should there be a need for escalation

Proficiency in SQL and Log analysis preferred

Must be comfortable working Night Shift

Strong English proficiency required, both oral and written

Job Summary:

The position  is responsible for enabling the Freshers as well as to enable the existing employees based on their project skillset needs. This position assesses company-wide training needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position is responsible to demonstrate the productivity improvement of the employees by providing the required training to the employees.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute learning strategies and programs
• Evaluate individual and organizational training needs
• Conduct periodic assessment and do skill gap analysis and provide training recommendations
• Design e-learning courses, classroom sessions and more
• Publish regular Training calendars and conduct recurring training sessions
• Evaluating and measuring effectiveness of the sessions
• Maintaining budgets and relationships with external training vendors

Skillset Requirement:

• 3 to 8 years of proven experience as an L&D Manager
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
• Any professional certification related to L&D is preferred

Mandatory: 3+ years of solid hands-on experience in C#.NET, MSSSQL (or any other relational database)

Optional: Experience in Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO) or any Office based development will be useful.

Optional: Experience in other languages (Javascript / Java) as full stack developer also is an added advantage.
